My Rogue
My 2018 Rogue was purchased from EC Nissan. This is my 3rd Nissan and the second one from EC Nissan. Once I relocated to NC 9 years ago, I have been using their service dept. Never had any problems, I was always treated with respect, the service manager explained all that needed to be addressed without any pressure. Can't say enough..... I'm happy, if I wasn't I wouldn't keep going back!

Replacing vehicle flooded by Hurricane Florence
Having visited and observed every car dealership in the New Bern area, we narrowed our choice to three different vehicles. Jimmy Alexander patiently explained the features and classes of the Nissan Murano which we had requested to see. Ultimately, we selected a 2018 Platinum Murano to replace the 2011 Avalon. Jimmy took time to introduce us to the Service Department personnel, explained what to expect from the service contracts we selected and programmed the new vehicle for our comfort. We have been very pleased with the ride and performance and will not hesitate to recommend Jimmy and Eastern Carolina Nissan to family and friends.

Car shopping
In car shopping we were looking for a car with the new safety features on it. Your sales person, John Hanzel, was excellent in showing us all the features on the Murano we were interested in. He was friendly and not at all "pushy" which we do not appreciate. It was a good experience, which is not always the case when car shopping.
