Great service, prompt just as promised!

This was my first visit to Warren Henry Infiniti. I got an appointment with Tom Thompson for the next day and was told that ther service would take about an hour and that I would get out of there in about one hour. I was a little doubtful, but sure enough, I was courteously received by Tom, who explained what needed to be done (including a car wash) and would cost $67 with tax. 59 minutes later (Not kidding, it was 59 minutes) Tom was escorting us to our car. shiny and clean. The whole experience was a pleasure versus what I have experienced on other dealierships. Will do more business with Warren Henry, just as a result of this experience.

Best Dealership Ever!

This was the best car buying experience that I have ever had. Scott Fitzpatrick was our salesman and he was friendly and treated us with respect. Alain Laucirica was our finance manager and he was also very pleasant and respectful. They tried their best to work with me and get me into the car that I loved and that fit my budget. They both made sure they answered all of our questions. Scott walked us over to the service department and introduced us to Tom Thompson a service consultant who was also warm and friendly and explained to us how to make an appointment. We never felt pressured or bullied which I have experienced before. It was very comfortable and enjoyable and they made us feel like family. Also, Warren Henry also has a lot of perks that other dealers do not offer. I am looking forward to doing business with them for many years to come.

BEST MAN IN SERVICE

i have been a customer of north dade landrover since january, 2007. my service advisor is neville braganza....a true professional! he truly cares about his customers and provides a level of service that is second to none! i am a very difficult person to please....bottom line i'm a brash new yorker....i like things my way and i'm very particular about my rover! Neville always accommodates my requests ....and never make me feel as if i'm being too difficult....and i truly appreciate him for doing so! buying a new car is 10% of the job....getting the best service department and service advisor in south florida is the other 90%. i would strongly recommend if you are looking to buy a new rover...or own one now....you will be best served at land rover north dade...and make sure you request neville braganza as your service advisor! the man is the kindest, most patient, conscientious, and caring person you will ever meet in the auto industry!

Excellent Service

I did not have an appointment however Adramis Rojas was execellent. She was friendly and courtesy. She was very informative and pleasent. The facility was clean and comfortable. I would definitely make future appointments to visit.

Very friendly and professional!

Our experience here was smooth and easy. Our sales guy Leo Tarantino worked with us to find the perfect car and then helped us negotiate a great deal. The entire service from A to Z felt very sincere and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with an establishment that felt more like a family business then a cold soulless car store. Thanks Leo! I love my new Infiniti!

Over all Quality Service

Last week, I visited your Warren Henry Infinity Dealer in Miami Gardens, Florida. I met with one of your representatives, Mr. Tom Thompson. He took the time to sit with me and explain step by step what was going to be done to my vehicle. Due to the services that had to be performed and line of clients, I was asked to leave my vehicle and informed they?d contact me to pick up my vehicle. Within a few minutes, Mr. Abraham took my car. I suddenly remembered leaving something in my car. I asked Abraham to allow me access to my car to grab my belongings. Without hesitating, he nicely opened another car door and took me to my vehicle. He patiently waited as I looked in my car. Later that day, I received a call and a detailed report breaking down what services needed to be performed on my vehicle. I informed Mr. Thompson, that I would definitely be following up and returning to your Dealer for future services. I have been to other dealerships where they have been formal and respectful to me. However, NEVER, had I experienced the outstanding Quality Attention, Quality Service and patience that you representatives provided! These kinds of services are what make customers feel that you genuinely care about satisfying and developing a long-term relationship where customers desire to come back for your services, rather than just making a onetime sale. Your representative?s definitely exceeded my expectations, as such I have bragged about your staff here at my office and home! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ! ! !

Amazing Service

The service at Warren Henry Infiiniti is simply amazing. The service consultant, specifically Meital Stark, is exceptional. She helped me with the service of my old infiniti for the length of my lease and I recently leased another Infiniti. I would highly recommend Warren Henry.

Exceptional Service

I'm very satisfied with customer service. The service was super!! My service advisor Gerald Henry is very professional and sweet, he explain everything in detail about the maintenance service and answered all my questions.

Service Advisor

I have been working with my Land Rover Service Advisor, Neville Braganza, for several years. Unlike other Service Advisors I've worked with in the past, Neville has always been extremely helpful, friendly, patient, and truly cares about his clients. I'm always in good hands with Neville and hope that Land Rover promotes him to a management position, as he would be a good leader.

AMAZING experience!

I just leased a new Q50 and can't be happier with the service provided by Nikola Jecmenica at Warren Henry! We decided to drive to Warren Henry after having been disappointed with our experience at South Motors...and my, what a difference! From the moment we arrived we received a warm, hospitable welcome from Nikola who walked us through the entire process. He took his time with us and made the process stress free!
