Stop by serv. dept with no appt. to remove one nail in my tire.(Saturday am took 45min. to get to service desk to fill out the paperwork and 2 hrs. waiting to fix the tire at no charge friendly staff....car was washed just hate the wait

My experiences at Warren Henry Group was so pleasant. I have purchase many new and used cars in the past and never had a experience like this one. They listened to what I was looking for and I never felt push or hassled to buy anything. They were so polite and professional to the end. My Salesman Mr. Rudy was very patient. I purchased my new 2019 Range Rover Sport from this dealership December 2018. I brought the vehicle in for its annual scheduled maintenance in February 2020. The vehicle had 6500 miles and without informing me prior to completing the work claimed it needed $1536.72 worth of service/repairs. I complained to management with no resolution, they stated I had to pay. I am currently disputing this cost with Amex and Range Rover/Land Rover North America. They built a new dealership and believe this how they plan to pay for it. Also I called a authorized Range Rover dealership in Fort Lauderdale, the cost should have been about $700.00. Do not buy from this dealer.

I’ve been a long time customer of North Dade Landrover dealership. I continue using their services, to me they offer a friendly and professional environment. My salesman Darjan was courteous and very patient , he always answered my calls promptly and provided me needed assistance. In overall I can say that i received exceptional service while buying my new car, everybody contributed to facilitate the process to make me feel comfortable in making such important decision. My only recommendation is for the dealership to provide something better than cookies to a customer that is buying a car since the entire process could last up to five hours.

Service was impeccable. Service personnel are very professional and patient. The young ladies who greet and escort you from your car to your service agent are extremely pleasant. Service agent (Alfred) is extremely efficient and courteous, called to give frequent updates on the progress of the repairs. Everything flowed so easily and smoothly.

Claudio offered me superb service and highly responsive. He answered all my questions and made sure I had no doubts of the car service. I highly recommend this dealership.
