This was a pleasant car buying experience. Shad Nojoumi made sure everything was taken care of correctly. Beautiful dealership. All small items about the vehicle I purchased was taken care of.

Before driving to Carrollton from Shreveport, I spoke to Gary on the phone and told him what I wanted. He got all the information he needed to work out a great deal for me. It was well worth the drive. Gary worked for me the customer to make sure I was happy and not the company. Jason Daniel also worked extremely hard for me in finance to get the payment that I was comfortable with.

My wife and I purchased a VW Jetta TDI Sport Wagon. The initial process was pleasant and there were no issues. In less than 2 weeks of the purchase, the vehicle stopped running. We had it towed to the dealership to look at it. I received a call the next day stating that there was gasoline in the fuel filter. I went to the dealership to speak with the sales person and ultimately the owner. I asked them how they knew there was gasoline in the fuel system and they only came to this conclusion by smelling it. I smelled it as well and it smelled like diesel. In speaking with the owner of the dealership, he stated/implied that this was my problem that we had put gasoline in the car instead of diesel. I know this to not be true as I had the receipts from the 2 fuel purchases that were made since we had purchased the vehicle. I also asked him how he wanted to handle this and he would only offer $40.00 off of labor to fix/replace the fuel system. I was asking him to take care of at least half of the costs. I did not want his repair facility to touch the vehicle since they did not employ a certified diesel mechanic. I ultimately had it towed to a VW dealership where the fuel system was repaired. VW did a test on the fuel and did not find any gasoline in the fuel system. I know in the near future I will need to replace another vehicle but will definitely not do it at this dealership.

They made the entire process quick and easy. Great staff who answered all questions and were very professional. I would recommend them to a friend and will use again in the future. Lifetime Power train warranty is a huge bonus!!

The sales and financing people mislead me and i had to do a lot of extra work and i still do not have approval or the car yet, i am not sure why i am getting a survey.

My over all experience with Josh was excellent. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely purchase our next car with him. Thank you
