Easy to deal with

Bart was great to deal with and followed up on everything that I asked about. My purchase was from out of state so most was dealt with in advance.

A Great expirience at all levels

This is an extraordinary organization- Bart and his associates at Motor Cars of Georgia can best be characterizted as people who love what they do, truly care about their clients and prioritize a win win outcome. I initially contacted them through ebay and desided to fly from El Paso to Georgia to be sure the car was being represented accuratly. I was amazed to see it exceeded my best expectations. Likewise in working out all of the details of trade in, transportation, paper work, ect. They made it easy and got it done,as or better than they said they would. TR.

The Ritz Carlton of Exotic car dealers!

I recently bought a McLaren MP4-12C from them. Couldn't be happier with the service. I traveled from California to buy this car. Negotiated the deal prior to visiting the dealership. Bart and Brandon were amazingly great to deal with. They sent pics, got me all the info I requested, sent records, etc. We went through all the details prior to my visiting the dealership and inspecting and driving the car. Bart's attention to detail was very impressive. I've bought many exotic cars from all over the US and this was the best experience I've had. When I got there, they took good care of me all the way through the sale. They delivered everything they said they would. Car arrived in excellent condition and it only took 3 days to get across the country.

Dealer was there to help

Had a few issues right after purchasing my vehicle from MCG, but they stuck by side and helped resolve all issues for me entirely. They stick by the customers both in good and bad times.

Service with a smile!

We were so impressed with the small & the big details of our recent vehicle purchase. To have a dealer ready and waiting for your arrival, to have the offer by them to deliver your car ( full of gas, by the way) , to have them contact the previous owner for you to obtain permanent items... This dealer is top notch in my book! Need a car? Go here first! Bart and the crew are an honest, dependable & trustworthy dealership. ( a rarity these days!)

Great place to buy an exotic!

I recently purchased a near mint condition Gallardo Spyder from this dealership sight unseen. Sales consultant Bart Antoniazzi was OUTSTANDING throughout the entire process. He provided me with service records, an inspection worksheet, and negotiated a fair price within minutes. Bart described the car extremely well, and assisted with a few minor issues that occurred at delivery. I would also commend the detailers at the dealership for making the car look brand new. Also, I would like to commend Bryant at White Glove auto transport for getting me the car safely and in excellent condition. When I start looking at Huracans down the road, Bart Antoniazzi will be my first phone call. If you are in the market for a Lamborghini, I highly recommend giving Motorcars of Georgia a look.

Outstanding support throughout Sales Process

Had the pleasure of working with Bart Antoniazzi throughout the process of purchasing a 2014 BMW M6. From the initial contact and throughout the whole process, including follow up, Bart demonstrated an unsurpassed level of professionalism and knowledge at par with BMW experts. His commitment towards customer satisfaction was a refreshing experience. He was able to strike a healthy balance between dealer and customer interests. I personally appreciated his continues updates when the car was shipped and post sales efforts in tying up the transaction. Definitely would go back to him and the dealership. A great team !!!

Employee took car home overnight that was in for service

In Oct 2014 I took my car in for simple, routine service work at MCG, a 3.5 hr drive one way from my home. I returned when they said my car was ready. But MCG had failed to complete the work so they offered to pick the car up the next week and finish the work. A problem occurred and they offered a solution. Good business so far. They sent their employee Uriah Cox to pick up the car. I asked him to stay within 5 mph of the speed limit and to be courteous (they had been too "economical" to send a flatbed). Unknown to Mr Cox, I had a GPS tracker in the car. The next day my email was full of excessive speed warnings from the tracker. Mr. Cox had exceeded 90 mph many times on the drive back to Atlanta, which is largely 2 lane roads roads through small towns and foot hills. Far worse, though he should have had my car back to the dealer by 4:30 pm or so and he didn't show up at MCG UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING about 6:30 am!!!! They said their service advisor, Krystal had told him to take it home. Believe it or not, this guy still has a job there! But they say they fired Krystal. I found 3 wheels damaged on my car when I picked it up a few days after Mr. Cox had romped around with it. My initial meeting with Brandon, the GM was far from satisfactory. Then after less than a week of highway driving, my brand new $2,000+ Pirellis were wore down to the belts on the inside edge of the rear tires. I had paid MCG to install these after Mr. Cox's overnight joy ride. Did I mention the car now drove very poorly and pulled to the right? They had the decency to pick the car up this time with a flatbed. Then they kept my car until January 2015, performing about 8 alignments- all the time telling me nothing happened to the car while their employee enjoyed it. All the alignments were supposedly due to employee mistakes, lift issues, miscalibration of the machine, ya da, ya da...... So where do things stand? I have the car back but it now has a distinct vibration and is darty and unstable at higher speeds. They flat out refuse to make the situation right. Their solution apparently is to stick me with the problem and cost of fixing it or having to dump it and take the substantial financial loss. In my opinion MCG failed miserably in keeping my car secure while in their custody. That was forgivable. Then they failed far worse in not taking responsibility for the consequences. That is not forgivable. It is also very poor business. I had just wanted an oil change, new tires mounted, an inspection and minor warranty work on the radio. Now I have to go to the significant cost, time and trouble to hold them accountable for their failure to do the right thing of their own free will.

Responsive to service suggestions

Sales staff is very good. Interactions with Ed Bolian and others was professional. However, when purchasing a high end car (e.g. McLaren MP4-12C), certain service elements should be aligned. Motor Cars of Goergia placed high end car purchasers in Smart Cars covered with their advertisements. I discussed with them that a dealership selling cars of this caliber must align service in a fashion that respects the car makers they represent, the clients, and the staff who work hard to develop professional relationships. They responded to my concerns by telling me that they are changing this policy. I believe that this will be a productive change and look forward to the implementation of this policy. This sort of responsiveness to clients is very encouraging in that it displays important attention to core values for the staff that propels the company forward and to their clients.
