This is the new benchmark! The entire team that I worked with did an amazing job of handling all aspects of this transaction. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase or my decision to purchase from Nez (good luck finding something he doesn't know about these amazing, complicated vehicles) and his colleagues. Dirk was able to quickly understand what I already knew, and what I didn't about the operation of all of the new interfaces and systems. He was really fun to spend time with. Alan and Nez perfectly navigated one or two potential pitfalls (not expected when buying a used vehicle) with resolutions that were fair to both parties. The whole process was fast, fair, and fun. I sincerely enjoyed it all the way through. I have scheduled my first service with BMW of Westlake and now look forward to that. Thank you Nez, Dirk, Alan and Mike! Customer service is alive and is thriving at BMW of Westlake! Exceeded my expectations.
Exceeded my expectations. I live in Texas and located the specific car I was looking for through a web search. My initial and subsequent communications were with Jerry Mancini both on the phone and through emails. The entire purchasing process was flawless. Jerry kept me updated daily. I flew out to the dealership and the car was all prepped and ready for me. I had such great personal service from everyone I came in contact with. Jerry, Mike in finance, Robert the New Car Manager and Dirk the Genius (he really is when it comes to BMW’s) that I wish I lived close to this dealership just to continue the great experience I had. For my next BMW I’m going to call on Westlake. It’s 1,500 miles from me but the people really make the difference and it’s worth the trip. Well maybe when it’s a little warmer.

Professional, respectful, kind, helpful, informed. The staff was all of the above. Tony, my sales associate, was so helpful and would answer all my questions completely. If he was unsure about something, he would find out the answer from someone on the team. They all made it clear that they are available anytime I had a question in the future. Nice people.

My husband had never bought a new car and never dealt
My husband had never bought a new car and never dealt with a dealership so he was a little leery about the process. He had talked with Jerry in Middleburg several times while waiting for service on my BMW. When we finally had decided on another BMW, he knew he wanted to work with Jerry. Instantly, we all connected. Jerry spent countless hours with us ALL SUMMER LONG!!!! My husband is an engineer so his process is VERY methodical, to say the least!!! Never once did Jerry get impatient!!! He was honest, helpful and GENUINELY wanted us to ultimately be HAPPY with our purchase!!!! My husband STILL had questions with his pen in hand before signing the final papers! Jerry still was more than helpful. He REALLY took the time to LISTEN to our needs and wants, rather than to try to SELL us on whatever might have made him a better commission. I feel like through this process with Jerry we gained confidence in our purchase and most of all gained a friend. We are forever grateful to you Jerry. Our BMW is amazing!!
