Ken was a pleasure to work with.

Ken was a pleasure to work with. He asked me all the right questions and listened to me when I told him what I was looking for. He didn't waste my time or show me anything that I wouldn't be interested in and didn't try to sell me above the budget I set. I felt taken care of vs sold to and that means a lot! Mike in the financial dept answered all of my questions and got me in and out quickly and on my way with my new car! Ian was extremely helpful in explaining all the features of my new car to me and got me all set up. When something wasn't connecting properly and I had to return he was very patient and reset it for me. I am technological challenged so his patience with me did not go unnoticed!

West lake did what they said they would do.

West lake did what they said they would do. The car was well prepared for sale . Maintenance is up to date before I purchased. Including new tires. Would buy from them again.
