Bought a used Jeep with the extended warranty and the very next day I found out the heater didn’t work and it leaks when it rains. Took the jeep back to the dealer to multiple times, they fixed the heater but the Jeep still leaks when it rains and they said that I have to pay $6000 to replace the top. I would give negative stars if I could. DO NOT BUY A CAR OR TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. The parent company Mathew Enterprises also has their own in house attorney, which would’ve been a huge red flag had I known about that before going here.

xxx Service
Service Manager should be fired. I am surprised he still has a job. Can never be reached. Lies about what he has promised after his staff has made a mess of a previous oil change.

Terrible!
I talked to sales person (Wes) for a week over the phone about buying a 2020 charger scat pack. The msrp was $42k. When I got there after my 2 Hour drive, I saw they had marked the car up to $50k!!! 🤬 And not once did He mention that price increase!!! Within the first 3 seconds of seeing that, I knew I wasn’t buying a car from them. They said “Let’s run numbers.” And immediately tried to run my credit... no thanks. But let’s see some “numbers”. They came back with it being over $1000 a month for 5 years! Lol what!?! That don’t add up to my math! Don’t go there especially if you don’t know how the auto sales industry works. They will rake you over the coals for years.

Run Away ASAP
I called 5 times and reached a human being, the same Mr. Rude. Asked if I will have the car today, He said " I don't know, may be tomm" I asked if tomm for sure, " he said I don't know" Is there a way to expedite, " No. This is it" Now if I look back, I question my self am I asking for some favor by going to service? Did I make a blunder in life buying Jeep and MOPAR (My other cars in the past were Range Rover, Audi, Infiniti, Nissan - This service is by far the WORST ever)

Stay Away from this place. It's a rip off -no good
This would be a negative star if I could put it. Stay away from this place and whatever happens, do not get your car repaired here. I had a problem with transmission (stick) on my jeep. I took it in and they made me an appointment. I dropped my car and they kept it for a month. I believe, they lied to me in the process as well- they told me they had to get a part to open the sealed transmission component and after a week, they still had to order it and it was going to take another 5 days. A month later they handed my car back to me - told me transmission was fixed and clutch was good - no issues with it. The first week after I received it, the problem was still there, I called them to inform the problem was reduced but not completely fixed. I was advised to continue driving a week and bring it in after. Within the week, the transmission completely jammed and car would not go in gear. I noticed there was a leak in the clutch cylinder. I had to tow the vehicle to them. They told me seal on the cylinder was broken so all oil leaked. When they inspected the clutch and there was no issue and no leak before handing the vehicle back, how clutch cyclinder seal was broken. Anyway, another $760 bucks to fix it - this is usually a $300 or less job and $760 is what I paid after discount. The car still has issues. First the transmission problem for which I originally took the car in, is still there (it is reduced but not fixed) and on top of it, now the vehicle jerks for a few seconds in first gear after the clutch cylinder replacement. Even after spending so much money and waiting so much time, it is not fixed. Customer service is absolute garbage. They have no courtesy, no sense of accountability and they will not hesitate to lie through their teeth. Never again I would go to this place. They are a rip-off. I used to go to Walnut Creek dealership. To save me some time, I chose these inconsiderate, pathetic people. I would have to take my car in again but this time I would take it to Walnut Creek dealership. There is a reason this business has an irrelevant review rating but Walnut Creek dealership rating is very high.

Terrible service department
Unfortunately I did not read reviews for the Stoneridge Chrysler, dodge, Jeep,Ram dealership before bringing my 2019 Ram truck to them. I brought my truck to this dealership for an intermittent issue. After having the truck 8 hours I received a text saying they can’t find a problem and to come get the truck. I called several times, but my rep, Roger refused to call me back. FYI my truck was at the dealership for a week and I’ve yet to get to speak to Roger. When I picked up my truck after having to call to see if my truck was ready, because they absolutely won’t call their customers back; I spoke to the service rep manager, Dennis who did not give a crap that his rep never called me or that my truck was not fixed. As I was telling Dennis how terrible the service was he handed me my paperwork back and said “you have a nice day” aka “F off”. And here’s the kicker, I got in my truck and the problem issue was occurring at that moment. The numerous other reviews were absolutely accurate and mirrored my interaction with this poor excuse for a dealership. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

Terrible experiences over last 3 year
I truly amazed by the way this dealership operates in this era!! While it is unfair to generalize and call the entire staff at this dealership unprofessional, my experience with most of them over the last three years after I leased Jeep GC was terrible. I thought I would share my personal experience with this dealership and it will be beneficial for anyone out there looking to own, lease or service Jeep or Dodge vehicles at Pleasanton Jeep dealer! After I my recent interaction with the dealership, I noticed reviews from others and I see a similar pattern. Over and over I had a terrible experience with the staff here. Today, I made a call to get end lease odometer/bill of sale documents. I got bounced around five times before I got a chance to talk to a gentleman (pun intended) after I explained the reason for my call, I was shocked to listen to his first response "it is not happening today" and spoke very rude and unprofessional. He offered to callback number and hung up on me when I asked his name.

Customer service in the Service Dept.
Let me just say first, I bought two vehicles from this dealership in 2012, CASH, around $90,000 total. You would think they would have service men dealing with customers on a daily basis would have RESPECT for customers. No, one service man, "not sure if he's the service Mgr" but I think he might be, is the RUDEST, man I've EVER dealt with in my life. Long story short, I asked for My vehicle's History Repair report and He told me I had NO right to it, and EMBARRASSED me in front of their staff. Number one, I have asked for that same exact report from two other Dodge Dealerships and they said customers have a Legal right to ANY reports about services done to their vehicles. He had been very Rude to me before, and I guess I shouldn't have been shocked, but I have worked in customer service for over 25 years and If I HAD EVER spoke to a customer in that manner I would have lost my job on the spot. I will NEVER step foot in that Dealership again. I wrote an Email to the GM, and I am writing reviews on every car review website out there. I am telling anyone I know who lives in the Pleasanton area "I lived there for 10 years" to NEVER go there to buy or service their cars.
