My daughter returning to college had a minor emergency

My daughter returning to college had a minor emergency with a dead battery. We got her CX 30 started, then brought it in to Eldorado Mazda Service approximately 2:30 pm on Saturday. I explained to the young woman at the service desk that we needed a battery change, and we were in a bit of a hurry, as my daughter was driving back to college. I explained that it was under Mazda certified warranty. She expressed to me that they don’t do warranty work on Saturday, and I would have to leave the vehicle until Monday. I explained again that my daughter was on her way back to college, and we could not leave the vehicle until Monday. I then asked if they could just do a quick battery change outside of the warranty, so she could be on her way. The young woman expressed that they close at 4:00pm, and took their last appointment at 2:15pm, even though we were there an hour and a half before their closing time. Zero help to resolve our issue. Zero attempt and attention to customer service. We won’t be back.

Reyan was our sales agent at El Dorado Mazda, and we had

Reyan was our sales agent at El Dorado Mazda, and we had a great experience with him and rest of the staff. Reyan and team were thoroughly knowledgeable and patient to answer all our queries without focusing on upselling and rushing. They made sure that our teen driver could gain the right insights to make the right choices as well. Our experience at El Dorado Mazda was pleasant and they worked with us to secure the best outcome that we hoped for. Management even took the initiative to come and personally thank and welcome us!

****WARNING***** DO NOT SHOP HERE - Especially if you are

****WARNING***** DO NOT SHOP HERE - Especially if you are a woman. My sister came into this dealership because they had advertised a used CX-5 in her budget. She test drove it and sat down for numbers, and then called me. The mind games here were horrendous. They advertised the car at a starting MSRP of around $24k and wrote up the pencil showing that the advertised price given verbally was in reality the price after a discount, which through us for a loop because that was not the starting price advertised. The starting price of the advertised $24k is also average for others in the area that are similar in mileage and features, so go elsewhere, there are similar cars for better prices out there. She left the dealership and this is when the real problems started. I was visiting for Christmas and took over the communication at this point. Her sales person had messaged her to see if there was anything he could do to get her into the vehicle she wanted. I explained her budget parameters and he quickly responded with a "there is no way we can take any more off the car" fine. No deal, no hard feelings, we moved on. Then the sales manager messaged her, she politely explained that there was no way she could afford the car at that price and to please leave her alone. We bought a car at Central Kia of Plano, they were more than accommodating and got a better car for less money. They were also extremely friendly and had excellent customer service. Out of courtesy we messaged El Dorado explaining that we had purchased elsewhere and were no longer in the market and to please remove my sisters contact from their system. THEY DID NOT. The internet manager messaged us asking if there was a discount that they could make happen to get the Mazda to her. I took her phone. I told them there was no deal, your salesman said that there was no more they could do and we have asked you to stop contacting us. Please respect the fact we no longer want to be contacted as we have already purchased another vehicle. They have not. They are continually harassing my sister with calls and text messages. SO RECAP in case the post here is too long FALSE ADVERTISING AND HARRASMENT these guys are scummy and do not care about you at all. They are only concerned with their bottom dollar, which as a business person I understand, however ethics are still important and these folks have none.

Son pocos serios para hacer negocios, no los recomiendo

Son pocos serios para hacer negocios, no los recomiendo sus autos no est�n bien certificados vienen con mucho desperfecto, fallas y piezas faltantes, en mi caso el brazo de soporte de la llanta estaba suelto?, y le pusieron l�quido del limpiaparabrisas en el radiador ?, un desastre
