My service manager Dan helped me navigate various warranties to understand coverage. He persuaded the salesman where I got the car to cover the diagno$tic and gave good advice on getting other work covered as well. They were completely honest about the time for the parts to arrive and the labor. It was a pleasure to work with them during a stressful time.

Michael, Moe, and Andy of the service department are very professional and provide a high level of quality customer service over the years I’ve been bringing my cars in for routine maintenance.

I continue to be impressed with Lupient Infiniti, off 394. I love my Infiniti, and only trust them to take care of keeping it perfectly maintained and safe. I had an issue last week with my car (cadelidic converter) and Michael the Service Manager took exceptional care of me; he always provides amazing service and is extremely knowledgeable and willing to provide options. He was responsive to my issue, got me in fast (and with a car to use), and I got it back, running perfectly. He kept me apprised of the status of repairs needed, explaining things, and went above and beyond!!! He then had my car brought to my work, as I wasn’t able to get away. I always call Michael at Infiniti for service, (and of course cars), and highly recommend them to anyone wanting the best service and vehicle available; they are the best.
