i have had previous good experiences at this dealership

i have had previous good experiences at this dealership but i have to say this one was a little more harried than in the past. i was offered an upgrade on my vehicle (the same vehicle & features, same lease terms, just newer) if i traded in my own while it was under maintenance, but we were driven back and forth to different lots and they couldn't actually find us a new car with that description at the same price. we did end up making a deal and i am quite happy with my new car, but despite me filling out all of the paperwork immediately upon arriving, the entire process took almost 5 hours and the associate we worked with was fairly disorganized. in the end i'm quite happy with where we landed, but it was definitely not quick & easy.

Stephen DeWitt made our car-buying experience

Stephen DeWitt made our car-buying experience exceptional. He was incredibly helpful in guiding our vehicle selection and thoroughly familiarized us with our new car. His professionalism and respectful demeanor transformed what can often be a stressful event into a calm and relaxed process. We had actually been working with Stephen for about a month before finalizing our purchase at Beverly Hills Lexus. However, our experience with your used car manager was notably different. While we understand that trade-in valuations can vary, receiving an offer that was fifty percent lower than other appraisals felt not only like an extreme low-ball but was also quite insulting. It certainly didn't make us feel like valued customers. It was only due to Stephen's professionalism, rapport, and the goodwill he established with us over several weeks that we didn't walk out of Beverly Hills Lexus. The bottom line is this: if your used car manager isn't interested in acquiring a trade-in vehicle, they should simply say so. There's no need to insult customers. As a final comment, our initial ranking for Beverly Hills Lexus was 3-Stars (Average). After considering Stephen's exceptional performance, we improved the rating to 4-Stars (Good).
