Great experience. Professional staff. Knowledge. Willing to go above and beyond. The management team found Ans completed a dealer transfer for the vehicle I wanted with the exact features, and still came in with a much better deal than any of its competitors. This was my second purchase at Jim Faulk, And I will definitely return for a third. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Buyer beware

We’ve bought many Lexus from this dealer. The experiences have generally been quite positive. Not this time. I traded in a leased IS there last week and leased a new UX. The experience was awful. I was lied to, for example….the F Sport package is only cosmetic - NO It is not at all only cosmetic. Turned out they didn’t have an F sport hybrid so they lied to me. I should have know better. They fast talked me about the pricing of the new car and the equity in my lease return. Wow. They made a huge profit and I got taken. It’s my own fault. My past experiences lead me to trust them. That was a big mistake That I will regret for 3 years.
