I received a response immediately after inquiring about the vehicle advertised. I requested pictures and the dealership sales person forwarded them quickly. I truly believe that this dealership has built a strong customer service culture. All other dealerships seem to fail at some level during the inquiring process. Apple Tree Honda isn't about just selling a car, but to build transparency and trust with their customers. I salute their upper management on building a culture that other dealerships should follow.

Worked with Apple Tree to purchase a 2019 Acura MDX after he was in an accident and his previous MDX was totaled. The car was in excellent shape, the price was fair, and Zain Rigsby and Bob Davis went above and beyond to assist with the purchase especially given this was my son's first time applying for a loan of any type. Thanks again to the personnel at Apple Tree for helping to make my son's first car buying experience a positive one.

I was traveling thru N.C. in my 2024 Honda Pilot when my AppleCarPlay wouldn't connect. A little problem I know but when you're 500 miles from home the inconvenience was almost a necessity. I stopped at the nearest Honda dealership (Apple Tree) for help. Jason Roeser immediately analyzed the problem and got me back on the road. I just wanted to thank Jason for the professional, courteous service.

My wife’s nine consecutive brand new Honda model experience was shattered in less than two minutes. She does not need to be told twice to make future purchases from another manufacturer.

I just used Apple Tree Honda for the first time.
I just used Apple Tree Honda for the first time. I gave them a three because of how nice the people were to deal with. Both in the parts department and my service agent. They were both friendly and seemed to have a good handle on their jobs. That's the good part of the review. My repair rated out as a 1-1&1/2 hour job, of course they charged for 1&1/2 hours. I had my car in at 9:30 in the morning and was told it would be 1&1/2 hours and to check back then. 2:15pm and the car was finally done. As other reviews have previously stated, the appointment time means absolutely nothing. it's more like , this is the time we want you to bring the car in and we'll put you in line. From that point who knows when someone will get to your car. My car was not on the lift for more than 45 minutes max. This is not an issue with the staff, this is a dealership issue. They are responsible for how service is scheduled and the bogus appointment procedure xx. If I were just rating the service level , the average of 2 you see would be pretty accurate. I probably would not have chosen them, but I was here on vacation and needed it done quickly (haha) as we were scheduled to leave in a couple of days.

We bought a 2025 Acura on March 4,2025 . Ryan was our salesman and was so knowledgeable about the SUV . I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a new or used vehicle. So polite and his Customer Service skills were extremely good. Never pressuring us and helped us get a good deal!! We highly recommend Apple Tree Honda.

0/10 customer service, doesn't call or text back, when they do call you back it's because you had to call them numerous times, doesn't listen when you tell them a price point, can't make any deals. Just avoid at all cost! Went to another deal got the price I wanted/needed for my budget.

Contacted the dealership to ask why did not disclose any of these issues as being problems prior to my delivery and they stated it’s an As Is purchase. But you advertise the vehicle with this equipment, no mention it is inoperable. (They were marketing to sell this vehicle for $19,000 over and above what they purchased the car for 8 month ago). Then the GSM hung up the phone on me. Stay away from this company and buy your car elsewhere.
