I had a 10 AM appointment for a Honda recall repair. I was told on the phone, it would be a 2.5 hour maintenance upgrade. I arrived at the dealership at 9:45AM and checked in. It is 2:30 PM and the car has not been serviced. This is the only Honda dealer in the Asheville area. I was told if I rescheduled the service, the same thing( wait time) would occur. I have waited almost 5 hours with no work having been done on the car.

Would give zero if I could. During an oil service, they scratched my car (not a small spot). Well they tell me to bring back in and they will repair it. Absolutely the worst mistake I made. Not only does it not match my car it’s not smooth and has bubbles in the paint. The GM Matt refuses to call me back, the service manager will not call me back either. I have reached out to the owners Jason and Kelby Locke.

We had a very good experience from the moment we stepped on the lot to the moment we left. We were buying a less expensive used car and were treated the same as if we were buying a top of the line new model. That had not been our experience at other dealers. We appreciate Appletree Hondas professionalism and courtesy.

We just purchased a 2025 pilot from Apple Tree. Our salesperson was Matt. He is a newer salesperson and he was very personable and listened to all our needs in a vehicle. The transaction was smooth and we drove home that night with a new ride. The new car manager gave us a discount to sweeten the deal. Ask for Matt if you go there, he’ll treat you right. We had a great experience at Apple Tree with Bob! He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. We appreciated that we did not encounter any pushy sales people like we encountered at other dealerships in the area. The Honda Pilot we were looking at had a scratch that we weren’t happy with - Bob wasn’t either so he got it fixed asap. Highly recommend!

No inspection done on used Volvo I bought. The computer was dead. After we got a new one, over 100 codes popped up. Had to do an $11,000 repair on engine. Very fortunate that Volvo covered it. But apple tree DID NOT inspect this car in any way, shape or form. Crooks. A/C did not even work. Could not tell because it was winter time.
