i had to have a good used truck for work and they had what i needed. and while i was there i went ahead and bought a new family vehicle as well. Because... when i told them i travel a lot of miles with my job they told me they would warranty my tires on both for 3 yrs.and i asked even if they wear down and he says yes no matter what. i asked 3 times because i couldnt believe what i was hearing..WELL now when my front 2 tires wore out they say they dont cover them.the service people told me they do that a lot.

Bought a used vehicle from ORR last year. Car started having problems within months of purchase. Parts on the car were not tightened properly causing... water to leak into the headliner, and windshield wipers to quit working completely. Heating system only worked on one half of the car. And, the oil pan drain plug had been stripped so badly that it could not be removed. It was obvious that this vehicle had never gone through any kind of inspection process before going on their lot or being sold to a trusting customer. When I took the vehicle in to be repaired, the warranty that they sold me would not cover any of the repairs! Even though it was the most expensive coverage that I could buy! The manager refused to cover any of the costs of repair even though it was all things that would have been addressed if there would have been any kind of inspection done on the vehicle prior to purchase. Hands down the worst buying experience of my life.
