"Title: Poor Customer Service and Lack of Accountability - Avoid ORR Nissan in Bossier City! Review: I purchased a used car from ORR Nissan in Bossier City and had a horrible experience. The battery died after just 37 days and I had to replace it. When I contacted the dealership, they offered no support or assistance. Instead, they told me to bring the car in for a checkup to see if my warranty would cover any issues. I already spoke with a manager and they said there was nothing they could do. Unbelievable! The lack of customer service and accountability is staggering. I bought this car for my daughter and expect it to be reliable and safe. ORR Nissan has failed to deliver on that expectation. Do not recommend purchasing a car from ORR Nissan in Bossier City. Their customer service is non-existent and they do not stand behind their products. Take your business elsewhere!"

I have great experience with ORR Nissan I bought two vehicles for them . The service department is really knowledgeable . I recommend Nissan to any one is looking to buy a reliable vehicle.

I’ve had some good experiences with Orr!

I’ve had some good experiences with Orr! I have purchased 2 vehicles over the last 4 years and get my Service done there. Oil change price is actually cheaper than just about anywhere in Shreveport/Bossier. They also have a loyalty card so every 5 oil changes I get a free one. I prefer the Bossier one over Shreveport. They seem more caring and professional in Bossier. I don’t see myself going anywhere else any time soon.

ORR Nissan Bossier has the best customer service in both

ORR Nissan Bossier has the best customer service in both sales & service. They make you feel like family and are very personable each visit. I have always had such a great experience working with every department because everyone there is so attentive. I’d recommend ORR Nissan to any and everybody every time! Such a great facility with even better people!

I purchased a vehicle and I was not satisfied at all.

I purchased a vehicle and I was not satisfied at all. They sold me a car that was different than the on we wanted to purchase. Then my insurance company sent out a paper saying this vehicle was a restricted vehicle with physical damage ( 2022) Hyundai venue sel/ limited). I called them and spoke to their sale manager Joey and the car salesman was Don. The sale manager stated he sale Hyundai and KIA’s with this issue all the time but they didn’t have nothing on the Hyundai 22 models. This is something that the customer has the right to know up front. We were not satisfied and my vehicle handicapped sticker was removed from the car when the inspected my trade in.

We purchased a vehicle and we were actually looking at

We purchased a vehicle and we were actually looking at another one and they came with this other vehicle. We trade our car in only to be told by our insurance this vehicle is a restricted vehicle with physical damage 2022 Hyundai venue sel/limited. I called the sales Manager (Joey) and sale person was Don. It should have been our choice if we wanted to buy a damaged car. Don’t ever buy from these dishonest bunch of people. It’s one thing to sale a car but be honest in your dealings. My car was top notch that I trade in. I was looking at an Equinox 2023 and I should not have let them push us into any old thing. Listen and beware of this car place. If I had seen these reviews before I never would have purchased from dishonest sales people. I’m still gonna call the better business company on them for their shady business dealings.
