Been putting stickers to change my oil at 5k intervals...
Been putting stickers to change my oil at 5k intervals and charging me for synthetic changes, which is 10k change intervals. Tried to charge for a tire rotation even though I had a free one available. Never contacted about Fuel Pump recall until today at service , even though I made multiple inquiries. Had to contact Toyota headquarters today and will contact DOT NC as well. Don't change me oil Fred Anderson if it's not due for 5k more miles.

I have never understood the point of making an...
I have never understood the point of making an appointment for Express service, arriving on time, then waiting another 35 minutes for work to even begin. Further, the email coupon I received, specific to my Tundra, was not honored at the price shown. "Up to 5 quarts" of oil was not mentioned in the web coupon, but was mentioned at the time of service. The email coupon was not for my Corolla, but did say "your Tundra." Fred Anderson should know how much oil will be needed, and should show the complete price on the coupon.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They use an answering service for basic customer service and all the people I interacted with in the service department had horrible attitudes.

That's a complete and utter mischaracterization. What issue are you even referring to that you tried to accommodate? Note the lack of any details in your message - I need a little clarity as I don't know what issue you're referring to that you "tried to accommodate". Ultimately the problem is consistently awful customer service. We're talking really basic stuff, like picking up the phone. I have had to wait 15 minutes each time I call to get routed through a 3rd party answering service *before* I can even talk to a service advisor. Furthermore, why doesn't your staff provide direct phone numbers to reach them? We didn't get a number to call from either Kevin or Wayne if there was a problem or a question. Wayne, the service manager, has a dumb email signature that only has his name and title - why no contact phone number? Wayne also took nearly a full day to email me back and only did so when I gave him an ultimatum to accommodate a request or cancel the appointment. I tried to call Wayne earlier in the day but again, no phone number and I did not have time at work to sit on hold with the answering service; frankly using an answering service at such a small establishment shows contempt for the customer. Do you guy's intentionally provide bad customer service? I don't understand how you can be so consistently bad without it being intentional! The onlyway to make this right is to replace my squeaking caliper for free and give me a loaner while you do it. I know you guys don't care and won't be willing to do what it takes to make this right.

I recently left a bad review out of anger and frustration...
I recently left a bad review out of anger and frustration at a problem with my new Four Runner. After a phone call and a visit I am back to rectify that. Brian Surrett took the time and gave great customer service. The tire that was the problem has been replaced due to manufacturers defect. My vehicle is back to perfect and I am thankful Brian helped me and took the time to make things right. I am satisfied and happy with his service.
