Ganley Honda - - service department is great!
Had an occasion to schedule a service appointment for my Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. The required service was for an A-1 service and also to address a simple recall issue. Initially, the appointment were schedule for 7:15 a.m. and for 3:00 p.m. My many thanks to Mr. Michael Landino, who is a Service Advisor, for arranging both service needs as the 7:15 a.m.so that I did not have to make another trip for the 3:00 p.m. appointment. This was very much appreciated. Both service items were taken care of in less than one hour. While waiting in the customers' lounge/waiting area, I found it to be very clean, comfortable, and with plenty of seating arrangements. One outstanding item that needs documenting is how helpful Mr. Landino was with an issue that I was not able to resolve in the past. I had purchased a software/maps 2018 upgrade for the Navigation System. To properly install both DVDs, three codes are necessary: A system ID #, an Activation #, and a vehicle security code. What I was not able to get was the security code; which was supposedly somewhere in the User Manual. Mr. Landino went above and beyond normal help and somehow was able to obtain the security code (which I have now written in the User Manual for future reference. Wendy does an excellent job. She is Very friendly and personable. I appreciate that. I feel like Ganley Honda genuinely appreciates their customers. I enjoy my visits to the dealership.

Wendy was exceptional in making sure we were satisfied.
Wendy Fee's has been our service associate for 7 years. We try to ask for her because her level of professionalism is superb.If we have a special request she always makes it happen(Dropping off car etc.). Her joyful attitude helps when we have a recommendation for a replacement part or service.. My son and husband all request Wendy, because it just makes the experience better.The dealership is lucky to have a intelligent ,articulate and genuine representative. If I leave a message for Wendy she calls back promptly and makes me feel special.In addition, because of people like Wendy I am considering buying another Honda. I thought about Subaru but then I wan't sure they would have a "Wendy Fee" to assist me in the future Honda years. Sinserely

Quick and Thorough
They have car sales to an art! I traded in my lease and was in a new lease within two hours. Tiffany was great and easy accessible via email and text. Tim helped us breeze through the paperwork. Highly recommend!

As someone that was taught to fear dealership service, it's refreshing to see that it's not as bad as I was made to understand by my parent. I've had positive experiences so far, and they always try to save you a little bit of money, by finding coupons that song too what you're having done.

Wonderful experience at Ganley Honda! My husband recently had an accident in our old Accord and he was kept safe. So we didn’t hesitate getting another from Ganley Honda. Tiffany made us feel at home and very comfortable during our visit. She is truly special and one of a kind.
