We were traveling in Asheville on vacation & needed service.

While on vacation in Asheville, our truck engine light came on and needed to have deff heater reservoir in tank replaced in order to continue using truck before shutting down. We called two other dealerships and explained that we were traveling from another state and needed immediate service and were told that it was a 30 day waiting period and could not help us. We contacted Asheville Chevrolet and spoke to Jimmy Shelton and told us to come in now. He took us right away and had the part shipped over night. The general sales manager Bobby Roussel and salesman Tony Valentine were very helpful and understanding and put us in a courtesy car for the two days so that we could continue our vacation with very little interruption. We appreciate the service that we received from this dealership and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again from Randy & Lisa Bourg from Bourg, Louisiana

Best experience ever!

The folks at Asheville Chevrolet were awesome! Wesley was great with the paperwork and the knowledge of the vehicle that I purchased. Everyone that had a part in my purchase was fantastic.

Great service

Was friendly always helpful when I call I generally ask for Terry white, he even came in on his day off to help make the sale at 9 am

Very pleased

Any questions we had got straight forward answers from Jeff Brewster who took the time to explain options on the car, as well as the whole sales process. I appreciate effective and efficient service and it was provided. Also, a good selection of the model we chose to purchase.

Fast, friendly, and sincerely wants to help.

I had just gone to another dealership to test run a new car. The difference between the two dealerships was impressive. Jeff met me outside and assured me that I would find my car that day. I told him what was most important to me and he made sure to show me a car that had what I wanted. When I suggested that maybe I might be happier with an Equinox he immediately looked up the price difference. I told him I did not want it in white, within 5 minutes he had a beautiful Pacific Blue Equinox waiting for me outside. I told him the price I was quoted at the other dealership and he offered me the same price and sealed the deal. I told him I was traumatized from waiting 5 hours to fill all the paperwork when purchasing my previous car. He had me on the road in my new car in 2 hours. Great job Jeff!

What a great salesman

Tony was the best. Very professional and a real nice guy. He took care of everything. You should buy your next car from him. Everyone else was very nice and made me feel right at home. Thank you for such a nice experience

Great Customer Service!

Such great customer service! We stopped at Asheville Chevy while on vacation. We were just looking but Eric Standford was so knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted and gave us such a good deal we bought a new truck. When the time comes for another vehicle we will definitely be returning!

Great Day

September 8,2018 was a great day. I had a good day at work and on the way home stopped at Asheville Chevrolet. My wife was already there and she and Terry White had picked out a 2018 Silverado for me to look at. I had some on line help from David Diaz, he was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Terry was very informative and courteous. He gave me the rundown on all the features on this truck. We then had a good test drive, trying out some of the features. Terry was able to work out the deal I wanted and got the trade in value I was wanting for my old truck. Jim Garrod was very helpful with the finance paperwork, he made it easy to understand and made our payment where we needed it to be. All in all the experience was great, taking about two hours. I will recommend this dealership to others.

My 2nd car to buy here and they are really nice and easy to do business with. And the service department is beyond compare. How many dealership service departments greet you with a hug?
