I came in to possibly trade my 2010 Toyota Corolla while it had low miles (39,300). I put the Dealers through some changes I guess. I want what I want, and at the price I want it. To make a 5 hour visit short, I ended up leasing a 2015 Toyota Camry the day before my birthday. The biggest thing I would change is the length of time spent there after decision was made. Mr. Lee was very patient and always with a smile. The after care was unexpected, but nice to see you're not forgotten once they have your car and your money.

I don't understand how this place stays in business. They have great prices on their website, but when you get there they want to add ridiculous fees to the car. I found a car on their website and went to talk to them. After an hour of waiting, they say we can get the car. I think, great, then they say lets talk numbers. Are you kidding me, the numbers should be the price quoted on your website plus tax, title, and license and a doc fee if you must. Then they throw in a 2000.00 locate fee. Total waste of time, I could say so much more but I won't. I go to a different dealer, get the same car and there are no crazy locate fees, even though they had to trade for the car I wanted. Needless to say I am almost positive all the reviews on this site are probably made up by Lugoff Toyota. If you have time to waste, by all means go visit. Otherwise I would look for a more honest dealer.

The salesmen at Lugoff Toyota were awesome to work with, and got my parents and I a great deal in purchasing a car for myself. They made sure I was taken care of, and that I was fully satisfied. Also, the service department was awesome in making sure when a problem with the car arose that it was fixed.

He was constantly in contact via telephone, text, and email to make sure all of my questions were answered and the deal was completed to my satisfaction. First off let me start by saying that I never write reviews on anything... but after my experience with lugoff toyota I felt it would be a shame to keep it to myself... over the past 2 months or so my family and I have been looking high and low for the perfect vehicle to suit our needs.. I spoke with with a salesman at lugoff toyota by the name of Tommy Lee I told him what I was looking for and he instantly started searching for vehicles that fit my price and expectations.. unfortunately the one vehicle I showed interest in sold before I could get my hands on it. Tommy Lee told me he would keep an eye out for another vehicle and that he most definitely did.. over the next several weeks Tommy Lee would periodically send me pictures and detailed information on vehicles that would work for my needs.. finally he stuck gold and I was able to purchase the perfect vehicle.. Now let me share my experience with the financing and purchasing of my truck.. this was no easy task being that i had 2 young children with me while sitting in a dealership with dozens of other people.. this is where tommy and the staff at lugoff toyota really hit a home run..not only did they get us in and out extremely fast they even kept my kids occupied while my wife and I filled out all the paperwork... NOW IF THAT'S NOT GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT IS!! All in all this was the best experience with any dealer I've ever had... I will definitely be a returning customer.. and for Tommy Lee there is no comparison for the level of customer service you provided for my family and I and I can't say thank you enough for taking the time to remove all the stress that comes with buying a vehicle.. It was a real pleasure doing business with yall..

I came in for a new car, and ended up going with a barely used car due to a great deal (owner only put 4000 miles on it and had decided he wanted a Prius instead.) Tommy Lee was great to work with, as was Ralph Harper. I love my (almost) new Toyota Corolla! The finance staff was also great, even when my bank gave them issues and was slow getting the check to them. I should mention, Tommy even went out of his way to help me return the rental car I was driving. I definitely look forward to doing business with Lugoff Toyota in the future, and would gladly recomment them to friends and family. Couldn't be happier!
