I purchased a pre-owned Chrysler Pacifica from this

I purchased a pre-owned Chrysler Pacifica from this dealership. Bruce the sales rep assured BOTH myself and my husband that the vehicle had been inspected in depth. I had specifically asked about the drivetrain and was told the car was inspected in depth and had no apparent issues. Fast forward 5 days- it’s at the mechanic after it stopped shifting gears, and surprise, it needs a new transmission. The mechanic has confirmed that any inspection would have caught these issues as the transmission fluid is full of metal flakes. The brake fluid looks disgusting as well. Hiley either didn’t inspect the vehicle at all, or they knew about all of these issues and intentionally misrepresented the state of the vehicle. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS.

My advisor was very welcoming and he took care of me.

My advisor was very welcoming and he took care of me. I was missing a bolt between the tire and the back of the bumper and he took cared of it for me. I was done in a reasonable time as well.

The battery went bad on my new car after only 7 days and

The battery went bad on my new car after only 7 days and they were able to get it in, and replace the battery for free and they even gave my car a bath
