I couldn't be happier with my recent truck purchase from James at Fitzgerald. He went above and beyond and out of his way to make sure I was taken care of before AND after buying my GMC Sierra even during this covid pandemic. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating during the whole process. He is certainly an asset to the team at Fitzgerald and I will most definitely be referring him to anybody I know looking to buy a vehicle!

Had a wonderful experience, with both the salesman and dealership. The salesman was both helpful and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or that i was being misled in any way. Will totally be returning in a few years when this car is paid off!

Worst Experience EVER
Bought a used vechile under 100000 miles with all warranties. 5385 miles later engine blow, warranty does not cover. Custer service ends after signing! Beware!

We can certainly understand your frustration and we're sorry you feel this way. We didn't commit to anything except to help you as best as possible while your vehicle was being diagnosed at the Ford dealer. For the record, you purchased a powertrain warranty only. Unfortunately anything can happen on a 13 year old vehicle with 100,000 miles. According to Keystone Ford your engine failed due to a bad injector as it stuck open and flooded the #6 cylinder causing it to break the connecting rod. Since the fuel injector is the cause it is not a covered component of your powertrain warranty. Upon learning that you needed an engine from that dealer we offered you assistance by getting you a used engine and installing it at our cost, which you declined. We also provided you with a rental vehicle for a month and a half while your truck was being diagnosed at that dealer. Should you choose to reconsider please call and speak to Wes Hart, Service and Parts Director at 717-264-7545.

I could not get a car salesmen to help me. After being ignored and trying to get some ones attention with no luck I decide they don't need my business. I hope that you will decide that they don't need your business as well.

Final review
Had too many issues to rate better. I would only recommend the dealer as the vehicle is what I wanted and they were able to deliver it quickly. The service manager Ed McCurry was very nice as he showed honest concern. Just way too many issues from not return phone calls to over charging to receiving a new vehicle back from service splattered with mud and dirty floor board, issues with finance on registration and not being done correctly, and no return correspondence on emails to multiple employees.

I've had several issues since posting this review. I am going to review again after giving the dealership time to process concerns I've experienced. At this time, my review is to not completed.
On a final note to customers...there continued to be issues with the Fitzgerald dealership. After waiting over 6 weeks for seat covers, I was told by service they did not fit. They were the wrong size. Then the loan needed credited with the amount of $561 they had charged. I was called by finance to tell me there was a check I needed to pick up at the dealership as finance overcharged me on the registration costs. Over $180 overcharge 7 weeks earlier. The manager was kind enough to say she was mailing me a check for $100, per service manager recommendation, to compensate for all the troubles I incurred. It was never mailed. I received a phone call the following week from finance saying I could pick that check and the overcharged fee check up in person. It had been a nightmare to get answers since Feb 4th. I will add the service manager Ed was the most helpful and offered genuine concern.

My fiance and I bought a 2001 Pathfinder about a year ago that developed some issues and we were dissatisfied with, but we were able to work with Fitzgerald to get us into a better vehicle and resolve the situation.
