I worked with James Verdier, who was very helpful. He was out on the lot taking pictures of new cars and i asked him if he was a salesman, He then dropped what he was doing and helped me immediately. He got me the keys to the car i was interested in and was very helpful. the next day he had the car cleaned and ready to go when i arrived to pick it up. he even took care of a couple small issues i found with the car. It was an all around great experience. Thanks, Dale Guyer

The only place to go to buy a car or for service. I've been buying cars and having them serviced at Fitzgerald for almost 40 years. If they service your car and it's not done right, they will correct it, no charge.

...Daniel was fantastic. Very honest, sincere and a great guy. He is #1 and deserves more $. It was Daniel that made the sale...w/o him it would not have occurred. The other salesman in front of him was a bad example for folks coming in...he didn't seem to care...just sat there looking and doing nothing constructive. Whereas, Daniel was the person that went out of his way and when he saw us coming, he opened the door for my wife and me. Right there, I was aware of his caring attitude by being interested in us as we came in the door. Daniel cares and that sells cars..he cares and it shows. Your Employee in front of him should work with Daniel to learn what it takes to sell cars. Daniel is the type of guy that could be a friend under any circumstances... James sold us a great used Honda Civic. He answered all our questions. James goes above and beyond to meet the customers expectations. I would definitely contact him and Fitzgerald in the future when I'm in the market for a car.

I first came to meet James Verdier when my Nissan truck...

I first came to meet James Verdier when my Nissan truck was being serviced @ Fitzgerald Nissan in Chambersburg Pa. Entering the sales department to glance at the car magazines, a good way to pass the time...I was greeted by James. He had a friendly smile and politely asked if I needed help. I explained my business for being their that day and asked if he had a brochure on the new Nissan Rogue SUV. He went to his desk to get one and returned to say they were very popular now. About two weeks latter my wife and I drove both our current Nissan vehicles to the Fitzgerald and again were met by James, he even remembered me. He was very attentive to our questions on the possibility on trading in our cars for a new one. Then he went to work....he promptly had our cars brought around to a manager for assessment to determine the values for trade. The paperwork was initiated and shortly we were able to see the value amount for trade-in. During this waiting time, James was very personable~never pushy!! He sought out every avenue to satisfy us with this "two-for-one trade." We now own a 2014 Nissan Rogue SL with many accessories. We actually went back to the dealer the next day and asked James to go over a few things~ AGAIN. Which he did without hesitation. James is a great young man who knows his stuff. He answered so many questions and freely gave us much information to help us make this decision. I felt he truly wanted us to be satisfied customers. I hope James stays with Fitzgerald Nissan for many years as I hope to do business with him again and in the future. Thanks again James, Steve C.
