Service Call
Luckily just minor repair work has been needed for my 2010 DTS; but the work that has been done has been first rate. The car goes into the service department, the work needed is done quickly and competently; and I'm back "on the road" quickly.

Great Service Dept
The service department is awesome. The staff there is always so respectful and courteous. I would never take my Lacrosse any where but Jim Hudson. When I take my vehicle in I never have to worry about a thing. These people are outstanding and very trustworthy. Being a older single female, I get above and beyond the loving care that most dealership provide. This dealership and especially the service dept is the absolute best. Thanks to all of you.

Oil Change/Tire Repair
I took my LaCrosse in for a routine oil change and discovered that I had nails in two tires. I also had that repaired and was out of there in less than two hours. My car was sparkling when I picked it up and I was ready to hit the road for a short road trip. Thanks Jim Hudson Buick GMC Cadillac

Radio Challenges Resolved!!!
The Service Team Department is amazing!! I brought in my Enclave 2011 with a radio that had started to have reception problems. Not only did they recognize the problem (actually taking my car and providing me with a loaner until they could witness and diagnose the radio problem which took about 2-3 days) - and they were able to get the replacement part (an antenna bed) into the shop quickly (within 24 hours) and had me out within an hour of bringing the car back for service. It was great service - even providing the option of a loaner vehicle if necessary. Truly top notch at their work - Thanks Lia, Josh and Chelsea!!! Dr. Werts

Battery
I purchased a certified used car for wife and within the first 3 weeks she began to have challenges with car. First week of having car the check engine light came on. The 2 week rear tire was losing pressure and 3rd week car would not start. In all instances Mr. Al Williams was a great help to relieve my wife's anxiety since I was out of town. In each instance his customer service was superb. He set up the service appointments and provided my wife with a loaner vehicle since the evaluation/work/parts took more than 24 hours. The car is driving well and my wife is happy.
