Customer first experience
I had been at other dealerships and non of them worked with me in making a deal as well as dodgeland. I want to specifically mention Zack. He listens to my needs and matched them with my lifestyle to find the perfect vehicle for me . He didn't waste time or pressure me by showing cars out of my price range. He took a stressful process and made it enjoyable and comfortable for my wife and I. I will definitely recommend others.

CHUCK's TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Chuck the finance manager's attitude & demeanor are not a good representation of the other departments. He is not seeing the sale through on his part....and he's just NOT A PEOPLES PERSON. It's sad, really sad. I asked a question about money. He said it was an accounting question, to call back Monday & ask. You're a finance manager dude. Get someone on the phone. It's been 3 weeks. See your sale through. Post sale customer experience is just as important Chuck. Do your homework. It's a new day!

CHUCK, GET TO TOGETHER!
I worked with Henry the salesman. He was well informed and our experience with him was fine. But Chuck the finance manager's "in a hurry" "they ain't here, so call me back" (after it's been 3 weeks of waiting) attitude has spoiled my experience with Dodgeland. He's made the sale & their customer service hit ROCK BOTTOM. He's a finance manager & yet he's incapable of getting me an answer from accounting. It's been 3 weeks dude! No concern....just easily shoves me off until next week. Get it together CHUCK! You are still offering a service. Do better. Be friendly. Do all you can for your customers not the bare minimum as you have done for me. And remember, the customer' experience does not stop at the sale!
