Extremely poor service after the sale.
The service dept. here is terrible. I have had nothing but problems trying to get recall and service work done. I will never, ever buy from this dealer again. Looks like it's time to trade.

No pressure environment
My experience at the dealership goes all to Bill Bishop. He welcomed me at the door simply asking me what brought me in today. At no point did he press me or push me for anything. I really appreciate Bill and the relaxed atmosphere he presented me with. My recommendation to anyone would be this dealership simply because they listen to you to deliver exactly what you want.

Everything went great. The waiting period for an oil change is excellent. The area was very clean and well organized. The Advisor, Dalton Shiflett did a good job as well. He explained everything to me after the oil change was completed.

Had to have car serviced for a recall notice and oil change. The car drove better!!! The Dodge Journey was serviced In good time; The overall experience was better than five stars!!!! How about a 10!!!!!!!!!
