2013 MDX Service
We have had three Acura's serviced at Acura of Tempe and they have always provided us fair and honest service. The staff is always friendly and they provide snacks while you wait.
I miss Todd, but David is starting to win me over.
Todd G. worked with me for 16 years. He was great, but David is also. He quickly won over my allegiance. Thanks for the continued great service.

Friendly, knowledgeable Service from Ross
Our experience was very pleasant. I wish there were more cars available, but we understand the reason. Ross helped us decide which one to buy, by listing the differences.

Overall good experience
I'd originally brought in my car to have something fixed that I was told that should be under warranty. I contacted the Acura corporate office and they created a case number regarding the issue. After several days of going back and forth with Acura corporate, ultimately they denied the request to fix the problem under warranty. But, service manager Abel and service representative Maddie at Acura of Tempe did help me come to a resolution. They were able to fix the problem with the external automatic transmission fluid filter.. by replacing it. Abel was able to get the service done for far less than the original price that the dealership would have charged. In the end it was an acceptable resolution to a long ongoing issue. They both provided friendly and professional service at Acura of Tempe. Thanks Abel & Maddie.
Professional and Timely Service
The Acura of Tempe service department does a great job. The process is seamless and quick. The staff is nice, helpful, and informative. The waiting area is comfortable.
Fast & Efficient
Went in for an oil change.. was out in less than 30 mins! As soon as I pulled up they immediately helped me and gave me what I needed. The guy assured me I’d be out in less than 30 mins and he truly kept his word!
My husband and I came into Acura of Tempe looking for a used Camry. Our buying experience was great! Charlie was our salesman. He did everything he could to get us the deal we wanted, and we walked away happy! The finance guy (can’t remember his name) was also great! They had agreed to fix an issue with curb rash on my wheels and Rollis out in the service department gave me 5 star service! He went above and beyond for me when we had an issue with the place who was fixing my wheels. If we need another car in the future we will be back to buy at Acura.
The service department is awesome! So helpful and courteous!! Attentive to the needs of their customers. I commend them on their customer service. Great job!
