We purchased a 2025 crv from this dealership and is was the worst ever experience me and my wife has ever experienced the supposedly professional sales team screwed up paperwork then could not be professional enough to tell us until 5 weeks later I had called the dealership several times asking why I have not received anything from bank or my car registration and james in financial development saying he forgot to send in paperwork and lady that handles registration said was waiting for approval from honda they lied from the start but don't like when I caught them in there lie also contacted honda financial and will be. Filing a complaint with FTC and BBB the sales person DAVE MOODY AND FINANCIAL TEAM JAMES AND SALES MANAGER CHRIS BURNS ARE THE WORST WE EVER EXPERIENCED BUT I AM HAPPY TO SAY I WILL BE FILING COMPLAINTS KEVIN AND BARBARA

I explained everything to you and why it happened. We also got everything completed in the time we are allowed. We did not lie to you and when we made a mistake, we told you exactly what happened, and we fixed it in a timely manner. David and Kerri were wonderful. They worked together to find a car that I liked and could afford! They made the transfer from my old lease into a new lease very smooth. It was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Mr. Moody is great and was very easy to work with when

Mr. Moody is great and was very easy to work with when purchasing our 2025 Honda Pilot in June 2024. He was very responsive regarding a small issue after our purchase of our 2025 Honda Pilot and got it repaired promptly. I love the service department quick in and out for maintenance servicing. I get the oil changed on the way to work and still get to work in time. Preston was also great in getting our Pilot repaired.
