I would like to praise Austin Barlow, service advisor. He went beyond what I expected to find and correct an intermittent problem with the AC. He personally test drove the vehicle to determine the problem and test drove it again to make sure the problem was corrected. Thank You Austin!

All professional, thru and thru.

All professional, thru and thru. This was our third Honda from Honda of Columbia. While they certainly have competitive prices, it's their service department that does the real selling. Austin Barlow, our service writer, provides great service and ensure our vehicles remain road-worthly.

Honda of Columbia service is top notch.

Honda of Columbia service is top notch. They keep me aware of everything they’re doing and let me know when things are coming up and what I need to worry about now and what can wait. All the service advisers know what they’re doing and Preston Locklear, the service manager, works very hard to make sure things are done right and the customers are satisfied.

Austin Barlow is wonderful!

Austin Barlow is wonderful! Went in for service August 30 for oil change and tire rotation. He is quick, precise, and truly cares about our Honda brand. And kept me up to date on service. Highly recommend him as the best advisor I’ve ever had. Thank you Austin!

Service work on Odyssey. Check in could be a little better but all in all the service is great

Always helpful staff here.

Always helpful staff here. I feel comfortable asking questions and they answer. Place is clean and fast service most of the time. They provide shuttle service which is very helpful to me. The only issue I have is that I have to clean my car out when I get home to get the grease marks out of my cat door.

The Service Advisor, Austin Barlow of Lexington was very

The Service Advisor, Austin Barlow of Lexington was very knowledgeable and very nice. Kayla Davis met me to take my vehicle with a fresh beautiful smile and greeting. In my opinion Austin and Kayla are an asset and blessing to Honda of Columbia. Most of my work needed on my Honda is done at this Honda location. However, the repairs for my vehicle were more than the van is worth so I did not get the repairs done and I am not in the market for a new vehicle. This one is not paid for as of yet. I enjoy the choice to take the shuttle home or remain in the lobby, The time I was in the lobby was an hour and half, I had an appointment for 7:00 am and they open at 7:30 am. I was in and out in an adequate time frame.
