Deceptive online pricing, lied about inspection. Went to purchase a used 2018 rav4 listed online just south of 17k. After test driving vehicle and going in to do paperwork price changed to 27k because they put a clear coat on (the scratched to xxxx) paint job, and did 5 k in repair and maintenance. Complete slimeball moves like keeping us there for 5 hours til we were exhausted and fed up. Got it home, parked in garrageand in the morning noticed the bumper has obvious damage from a collision that we couldn't see in the dark at purchase, paint has scratches all over it, some badly matching spraypaint used to cover some of it up. Told them about it, they told me they just go off the carfax report. So, I guess if you wreck your car, and don't file it one your insurance it never happened. I have driven this car 100 miles and now a "maintenance soon" message is popping up on the screen at startup. So either no maintenance or inspection happened and they're lying thieves or they are incompetent thieves. Not a great look either way. Serriel, Brandon, and Arturo simply can not be trusted either way.

Do not recommend purchasing or getting your vehicle serviced here. I bought a certified pre owned vehicle that came with damage. They barely offered assistance and tried to blame me. Had an issue with the radio and after a week they said they could not duplicate the problem yet it happened 5 minutes down the road after I picked up my vehicle and plenty of times after. They told me to record the next time it happened to show them. Well I did and when I tried to text my advisor, I found he had blocked me. Poor customer service. Their priority is making money NOT helping the customer. Fyi I purchased extended warranty which they told me was highly recommended for any issues down the road but that’s the so called “help” they provided.

Stolen Cash!!! I visited this location today for car service and, unfortunately, I forgot to leave my wallet in the car. It contained approximately two thousand dollars in cash from work. I can be certain that when i left the car with them for serviced the money in it. However, after they finished with my car, I needed my wallet to pay. So, I went back to the car and retrieved my wallet, only to find that all the money was gone ..I am certain that one of their employees stole it. I have already made a police report and will keep you updated on the situation. I am writing this review to warn anyone who reads it to be cautious of this place. Please do not leave your wallet in your car. Double-check it before you give them your car. I am not blaming anyone since I do not know who stole it, but I am certain that one of their employees is a thief. I’ve reviewed the situation and discovered that this incident occurred to one of the guys, Taylor, last week. He also filed a report about it. I don’t believe this company takes customer complaints seriously, which is why it happened again to me today.

Had the worst experience ever at this dealership and the GM didn’t help with anything They basically took my car and my down payment and told me that I had to put another down payment on another car if I want another car this is crazy. This is ridiculous. All the dealership does is take your money and find loop hose to keep your down payment guys get your attorney involved get whoever involved you have to do not let the car lot. Do you like this? Please do not purchase a dealership from this vehicle, especially if Mr. Carson or the director Mr. Marvin is there if if Mr. Warren is there ask to speak to his supervisor they’re all got bad history of dealing with guys they’re saying I caused damage with the car. All I did was put two speakers in the car and they’re saying that I called a malfunction when the owner of the stereo shop said that he would pay for it, but Mr. Carson could not provide me with any paperwork stating with with the xxxxxxx damaged that’s bad business there was no help at all. It was all straight to just to get me to sign and take my money knowing I put cash as a down payment, knowing that when you put cash down as a down payment, you get handled different than when you do it with your debit card or credit card. Please stay away from this dealership. Please tell all your friends and family about this dealership. Do not send no one to this dealership. Do not refer anyone to this dealership. Trust me it would not work out for them. They will be upset and mad at you so just refer them to another dealership do not go to Toyota Vandergriff Toyota

I will not be returning to this location again. They have horrible customer service. My service advisor was very short and when I asked him questions - he was not very helpful. They do not have a shuttle- even tho when scheduling thru the app, they ask you if you need a shuttle. They give you a $25 uber voucher - which was enough to get me to work (5miles away) but did not cover the ride back to pick up my vehicle. I would have made other arrangements had I known I couldn’t shuttle to work. When I arrived to pay - I met Maria at the cash register. She never smiled - she seemed annoyed that I was picking up my vehicle. When she pushed the paperwork over to me to sign - I asked her what I was signing… silence… I looked up and she was just looking at the other woman employee that was standing in the cash register area - the other woman smiled and told me what I was signing. They do not make you feel welcome here. I sometimes go to the Burleson Toyota - they are wonderful - always helpful and kind. I will start going there for all my vehicle needs. I will not be returning to this Arlington location

Make sure you know what's required for maintenance for servicing before you schedule and what is included in your Toyota Care plan (2-year/25,000 miles for purchased vehicles [every 6-months or 5,000 miles). Took my vehicle in for a 6-month since it keeps low miles. Service rep stated: 1) according to the system they didn't change my oil and they would be doing an oil change for free today (duh, it's included in my Toyota Care plan), and 2) they're going to do a $29 fuels system clean since he's helping me out with a free oil change today (I declined). Anyway, it sounds to me like this may be a common practice at this Service Center so make sure you know what's included for free already and what's required because it looks like they try to upcharge or upsell to customers they think don't know what's included/required. And you guys owe me a free oil change outside of my warranty since you didn't do it last time.
