Just purchased a 2026 Toyota 4 Runner from Vandergriff.

Just purchased a 2026 Toyota 4 Runner from Vandergriff. My sales rep. Bianca Vigue was very pleasant to work with. I wanted to test drive two different vehicles, one hybrid, and one non hybrid. She allowed me to do thorough test drives and respected my opinions, without trying to influence me. She’s a nice person, and I recommend her if you’re shopping for a new car.

Make sure you know what's required for maintenance for

Make sure you know what's required for maintenance for servicing before you schedule and what is included in your Toyota Care plan (2-year/25,000 miles for purchased vehicles [every 6-months or 5,000 miles). Took my vehicle in for a 6-month since it keeps low miles. Service rep stated: 1) according to the system they didn't change my oil and they would be doing an oil change for free today (duh, it's included in my Toyota Care plan), and 2) they're going to do a $29 fuels system clean since he's helping me out with a free oil change today (I declined). Anyway, it sounds to me like this may be a common practice at this Service Center so make sure you know what's included for free already and what's required because it looks like they try to upcharge or upsell to customers they think don't know what's included/required. And you guys owe me a free oil change outside of my warranty since you didn't do it last time.

It took a few tries before I was able to drive home with

It took a few tries before I was able to drive home with a vehicle I was satisfied with and more in line with my budget. Bianca Vigue was patient, professional, and did what she could do to get me in a car. Also, she made sure I had a ride to the dealership and she was nice to talk to. I believe she cares for the people too instead of just getting a sale. Money comes and goes but character weighs more.

IF YOU WANT TO PAY $5,000 MORE AND GET EMAILED TO DEATH WITH NO FOLLOW UP, Buy here. I tried to purchased an advertised 2026 Toyota Crown but was told I was too low at $41k OTD yet I drove to Killeen and purchased one with additional Tech Pkg ($3750) for $35 Out the Door? I contacted them on Friday and never got back to me until Monday after 5. When I told Michael Carrasco Internet Manager that I was already driving it at $35 OTD his smart xxx response was "Wwe sold all of ours too" I have purchased over 20 vehicles for friends and family in 4 different states, 5 in TX and Mr. Carrasco was the most difficult to deal with. Do yourself a favor and drive to Killeen!

the after sales service is horrible.

the after sales service is horrible. They make you go around for a simple question without even checking. The staff are unavailable most of the day for any questions.

Arturo Vallez has been the only car sales person I’ve

Arturo Vallez has been the only car sales person I’ve ever dealt with who was naturally informative, counseled in a non-salesy way, and just came across as honest and full of integrity. My family and I loved working with him. He was a wonderful active listener and generous in so many ways when my daughter was not feeling well. I highly recommend him. His service was exceptional. We’re very happy with Arturo and our new car!
