Arturo Vallez was a delightful person to work with. He found the exact car I was looking for. He answered all the questions I could think of at the time. I enjoyed my experience at Vandergriff Toyota. Tommy Ho was so patient with my financial goofs. He was absolutely the best to work with 5 stars for both!

Was quoted a price for $54,500 on a 2023 Tundra Limited. Drove 2 1/2 hours to this dealership to find out they marked the tuck up to over $64,000 dollars. Biggest waste of time. Price gougers!!. I would not recommend doing business with these ppl...

Bianca Vigue was very helpful in finding the car exterior

Bianca Vigue was very helpful in finding the car exterior and interior color that I wanted for my new Camry . I have almost give up on my purchase when the Camry SE with the interior and exterior color that i wanted was not available but she finally found an XSE trim with the color I wanted at the same price with the SE trim albeit without a sunroof which I don't mind .

Arturo Vallez was very responsive, insisted I test drive

Arturo Vallez was very responsive, insisted I test drive the car before buying and step by step made it happen quickly. He then made sure I was aware of all of the features, even though I already knew I wanted the car. Him taking me through the features made me more comfortable with the tundra and there are features I wouldn’t have known about. Nice work Arturo!

I cannot say enough good things about Bianca Vigue.

I cannot say enough good things about Bianca Vigue. We were looking for something very specific and she brought up a car that checked all the boxes. Bianca Vigue spent a lot of time with us explaining the dashboard, she got us hooked up to the Toyota app, and set some controls so we could use the navigator easily. She had unfailing patience with two gadget-challenged seniors, who bought a very basic car, even after the sale had been concluded. Brava, Bianca Vigue!

Wonderful Service

I just bought a beautiful new Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid. Arturo Vallez was the one who worked with me to make sure I got not only the best car, but also the best deal. He explained everything about the car as we were driving it, and worked to find the best car that fit my needs and my desires. Arturo knew the car inside and out, and was able to help me understand everything I needed to know. In just a couple hours we had the perfect car at a wonderful price. This dealership refused to sell me a vehicle at the

This dealership refused to sell me a vehicle at the advertised online price. They wanted $500 in addition. When I didn’t purchase that day because I wanted to see the Texas Rangers win their first World Series, they added $2500 over the price the following day. The truck was still listed online for the same price, but they would only sell it for $2500 over that price. These guys are a bunch of tools. Stay far away.

I’ve read many reviews about Vandergrift Toyota that are too similar to my experience to think this is a one off mixup, miscommunication or mistake. It appears that your dealership actively practices deception in order to profit off the backs of hard working, honest, RESPECTABLE people. Basically everything you are NOT.
