Mr. Capers was an awesome salesman. Very professional and

Mr. Capers was an awesome salesman. Very professional and knowledgeable and answered my questions. However, the receptionist sucked and showed no concern or care for the customer. When I came in the dealership, the receptionist did not acknowledged me, she was on cell phone holding a conversation and never looked my way or asked how she could help me after standing there for about 3-5 mins. I walked off to see if Mr. Capers was in his office, and he was not. So I came back up front and she still did not acknowledged me or asked what i need and still on her phone. It took another salesman to come and help me. That is very poor customer service when someone is spending money at a well known dealership. If it was not for Mr. Capers, I would have taken my money and business elsewhere. Having great customer service plays a big part in a business and it will and can determine if a person will do business with you.She does not need to be a front desk person.

Service was actually a warrantee repair to the sunroof.

Service was actually a warrantee repair to the sunroof. They were very diligent in locating the problem and completing the repair. I am totally satisfied with the results.

First time having Jim Hudson pick up our RX350 for

First time having Jim Hudson pick up our RX350 for service. The driver arrived at 10:00am. Left with us a brand new RX350. He was very professional. That afternoon I was sent a link with a video to view the service process by the technician. Very informative. Got a call 9:00am the next morning stating my car was ready to be returned. It was returned ar 10:30am by the same person that picked it up. Fantastic service as always.

Most outstanding customer service ever!

Most outstanding customer service ever!!! Mark was and continues to be consistently in touch and awesome! I was in a situation where getting to the dealership was difficult so he had a car brought to my home. Incredible! Theron, the young man how brought the car was professional, well spoken and knew EVERYTHING about the car. He was able to answer all my questions and help me decide on which model would suit me needs. Mark layed claim to my car while it was still on the ship so I would get one as soon as it arrived at the dealership. The turnover was awesome as well. I was greeted at my car (which was decorated with a giant red bow) with a dozen roses, a bottle of wine and a Lexus tumbler, awesome final touches! I continue to get follow up calls from Mark. I had a great experience with the Lexus roadside service as well. And the service department is as good as the sales department. All and all the ONLY place to purchase a car! ❤️

The experience we had with Jim Hudson Lexus is unmatched. From the time we walked through the door until the time we left, we received first class treatment and almost two weeks after purchase, my wife is still raving about the customer service we received. Lalo Bellamy is an impeccable listener and made us feel like people not another commission check. He assured us with his attention to detail. While working with Lalo we felt like we were the only thing that mattered in the moment. I’m now considering trading in my BMW X5 to make us an all around Lexus family. Thank you Lalo for putting the Midas touch on my 23rd anniversary gift to my wife unforgettable.
