KIA of Des Moines

When I called the dealership I knew exactly what type of service I'd be getting. Since buying 2 cars from there their salespeople and staff are always welcoming and know what they're doing. I recently had a check engine light come on and called right away. No stress and they took my car right away come Monday. It took them about half a day with an extra service which was an oil change that I needed and was happy with everything they did.

I was looking for a KIA Sorento. The sales person showed me a white one and I asked about different color. If white was the only color they had I wouldn't have bought it. Everyone was real nice and polite.

I did pre approval credit but it wasn't done, when we got there. We had to wait.

Always a pleasant experience when I come in to get my car serviced. Thanks.

I love this store and employees, customer service has always been exceptional. We have had a few things go wrong that were minimal and KIA has always taken care of us. Andy is a wonderful tech and I hope he is always working when we come in. Chris Weyer (sp) has been our salesperson for our last 2 vehicles and is a straight shooter. See you all next time!! Really nice people here at KIA in Des Moines, Iowa. Everything has always been a great experience here. Purchased a Certified Used Sportage 5 months ago and couldn't be happier with this vehicle. It's just like new. Just had my first maintenance done and only need an oil change, but they all did a wonderful job here. Love this place, for sure.

oil change .

It seems like I am always on the go. I needed an oil change. I called ahead to make an appointment they said that I didn't need one just come on in. I thought it was going to be one of those long waits. I was told if I got there at 7 I I should be out in a half hour. I was, it was such a great start to my busy day. I arrived at 7 was greeted by a friendly smile that was attached to a very helpful person. He told me it would not be long and showed me to the waiting area and offered me coffee. While I was waiting several employees walked by stopped and talked. It didn't seem like I was there very long and that nice gentleman came and told me that my car was done and was being wash. I went to pay and was greeted by another friendly prison. The whole experience was very nice and fast. The bonus for me is that I had my car serviced, had a relaxing wait and was greated by a very clean car and was on my way only after spending about a half hour

the best service I have ever had at a dealer when purchasing a car.
