Best dealership in Des Moines for sales and service. I was there for service 12/9/21 and as usual the service was A+. I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else! Excellent vehicles and excellent service department. The service advisor was top notch as well as the technician. Please give them a thumbs up!

They listen carefully to my concerns and and did only the necessary repairs. The good thing was they told me I actually didn't need an air conditioning service so they saved me some money. I always appreciate that type of honesty.

Went to see about getting a new car, on a Friday night. I was in kind of a desperate situation as I had just found out my 2019 Kia Optima ( which I loved) was being totaled do you hail damage. Mike was the salesman. There were no cars 😞 I searched in vain the weekend for the car I wanted 2022 Kia K5, wasn’t sure of the color I wanted, but I KNEW I didn’t want white or blue, which was ALL I was finding even hundreds of miles away. Within a week (Wednesday night) I was driving away in the car I wanted, 2022 RED ( the prettiest red I have ever seen) Kia K5 GT Line!! Don’t know if it was fate or the fact Mike kept me in the loop about what came in ! Thanks Mike !! Also I didn’t even have my insurance check yet to make the down payment on the car, they let me drive away in it anyway “ just bring us the money when you get it” !!

Randy was great with his communication. He wasn’t trying to force me to get a more mad expensive vehicle and was giving me his honest opinions on them with the facts that helped me decide on the vehicle that was best for me.

Justin Chandler was a very patient, helpful, and informative salesperson. Never pressured me, but instead worked hard to find me exactly what I wanted. Emily took the time to explain all my new Kia's bells and whistles.
