Larry and I have been with Mercedes Benz of Orlando since 2006. Marcus has always given us the most professsional and courteous service on all our Mercedes thourghout the years. We continue to purchase through the Orlando dealership because of his great service. Oh and I love my new convertible.

For a premium brand like Mercedes-Benz, my experience at the Orlando dealership was deeply unsettling. I found the practices of the sales staff to be both unethical and untrustworthy. Having prior agreements altered upon arrival was not just disappointing, but shocking. Such behavior is both unexpected and unacceptable from a globally recognized luxury brand.

I genuinely hoped that my initial outreach would lead to a resolution. However, your response, or lack thereof, indicates a seeming disinterest in addressing the issue. Despite emailing the general manager the very next day and providing my contact information, I've yet to receive any form of acknowledgment or apology. If the intention was truly to rectify the situation, a simple phone call or email would have sufficed. This silence leads me to believe that such behavior might be condoned by the management. Regardless, I am drafting an official complaint to Mercedes-Benz USA headquarters. I am confident they would not endorse such practices within their dealership network.

Brake Service

I went in to get tire pressure adjusted-- I knew I had to get brakes replaced at next service- but I didn't expect my parking brake warning light to come on. It was Sat AM and I didn't have an appt but the Service manager told me he'd get it looked at anyway. My regular service tech was off, and Frank took care of everything and had the car ready when he said it would be.
