This was the most awesome car buying experience I've ever had in my life. First and foremost my salesperson Donna Oliver was so attentive to my needs and she certainly gave me what I wanted, She was very thorough, patient and made car buying easy. The gentlemen who assisted me with paperwork was outstanding as well. From the start they both were very welcoming and made my husband feel at ease. The dealership itself is top notch. The showroom is amazing! We traveled to hours and we;re so happy that we did! We'll definitely be repeat customers.

SC430 Lexus service at Hendrick Charleston SC
I have been bringing my car to Hendrick for service ever since I moved to Myrtle Beach. It's a 100-mile one way trip but I want to have the dealership quality service. The last time I had a very bad experience, but they acknowledged it and made it up for it. This time, they gave me a very good discount on my brake work. The quality of the repairs, the customer care agent, Nick Judkins, and Andrew Jur did an excellent job. I appreciate their service very much. Thank you.

Phenomenal Buying Experience!
I was a return visitor to this dealership. Almost 15 years ago I was helping my Mom buy a car. Pat Welsh was the sales rep who assisted me. He was more than gracious to my Mom who was not able to get into the Lexus sedan and readily acknowledged that the Lexus car was not suitable for her. She ended up buying another car. The above is the backdrop to why several weeks ago that I went back to Hendricks Lexus and luckily found Pat still working there ... the same personable salesperson I remembered. My purpose in going to Hendrick's was to simply check out the 350 RXL. After test driving the 350RXL, I wanted to compare it to the 350RX (I have had two of these.). He did not try to push me to purchase it at all, but, even though I wasn't planning to buy a car, I did purchase the 350 RX that I test drove. It was a preowned and precertified 350 RX 2020 with about 7500 miles! Buying the car was a breeze...My husband and I made it clear that we were on a time schedule. Pat made everything happen within an hour! Also I loved that the dealership was techy. The paperwork was completed digitally and I left with a USB stick. How cool is that! When I picked up my new auto, I had a different staff member who trained me on the features of this very tech-forward vehicle. This dealership is phenomenal, has a very comfortable showroom, and very friendly, knowlegeable team of staff members. My buying experience could not have been better.

Didn?t replace bulbs - lost revenue!
Technician did an under carriage video and was very thorough and noted that the rear two outside running light bulbs were blown out and said they needed to be replaced. Agree. Didn?t happen, but should have!

LEXUS OF CHRLESTON
The entire staff was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. My salesman, Sumter de Brux was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Aside from being very professional he was very patient and attentive throughout the entire car buying experience. I was very impressed with everyone who helped every step of the way. Your finance person was excellent and presented all of my options very thoroughly and carefully and I never felt rushed or that there was no question to small to ask. Before I took possession of the car, Alex could not have been a better choice for showing me everything I needed to know before I left with my new car. You have a great staff and should be proud of how they represent the Hendrick Group every day. Even sales people not involved in my deal, were congratulating me on my exciting new purchase and that was nice to hear.
