My new favorite place!

My husband and I absolutely fell in love with Nissan, We walked in and all our needs were met. Our experience made my dream come true. I love my car! Anthony was not pushy and very helpful in making sure our needs were met. I have never been so comfortable at a dealership in my life! Thank you Anthony and Nissan!

Great team but couple people I have to complain

First of all, I have to complain about these two guys ( Sang Chae and Davies Hidalgo) over at Finance and delivery Department. Neither of them introduced themselves to me when they started doing their part with me in the process. Sang came over to asked me if I am Guodong without saying who he is, he was standing about 10 ft away and talk to me from his left hand side, then he said to me to come over to do the finance paper work to his office, I said "Okay, who are you?". In the office he was trying to persuade me to buy the package of services, unfortunately he already gave me a very bad impression from the beginning, so I just want to have things done only as needed. Then we turned to delivery part, I figured out the Pro-4x didn't come with tow-hitch which is not make sense to me because every others trim has it, especially for this truck with luxury package on the options. I felt upset as a customer at that point, I wonder who wouldn't if this happens to you. Maria took me into the office talk to Davies Hidalgo, he was very straight forward to me he said, you already signed the contract, you did test drive and see the car, there is nothing we can do so he made me feel like okay, I am done to talk to this person, there is no point at all. Then Maria talked with me and really make me feel better, she said "let me talk to my general manager tomorrow see if he can do something like lower the price to let you add it on". So I drove the truck home and then I figured out I don't have remote and carpet for this truck, so I called Maria right away because in my experience to purchase a car, all of them come with carpet and and two keys with remote and the third key is for valet. Maria was very patient to help me check this information for this truck, she explained to me this truck really doesn't come with carpet but it comes with two remotes and she still tried to help me to have the carpet. Another lady, Natalie, called me the day after for purchase follow up, she was a very nice talker and great attitude to me but she didn't read the detail of the truck before speaking to me, she was like surely this truck only comes with one remote. I am thinking she should take a little more time to properly read the information on the truck before talking to me. So Maria is the person I really appreciate for her efforts to help me, your customer. There are few more person I have to thank you for their service that followed, they did a very good job and they really made me happy with their customer service especially as in the future, lucky me for me not need to deal with Sang and Davies any more unless my families want to buy another Nissan Emoji. Thanks Jimmy and Billy @ parts department, great service, there is another white guy (I don't know his name) called me over the phone and when he saw me two days later he remembered my name, it made me feel respected. Thanks also to Edgar Partida for his customer focus, his was great service, he shook hands with me and walked me to the rest area for waiting.

Great service

July 4th car buying experience at Nissan of Elk Grove Before i decided to go to Nissan of Elk Grove, first i called the sales person, Allen, to make sure that Nissan Versa Note i was looking for still availabe and also if he can match the price from other dealer. He said" will do the best but dont guarantee i can match the price, just come here" so i came to the dealer, he shows me Nissan Versa Note i want, he works with the price about 20 minutes and finally matched it. This is the best experience in my life buying car. He is knowledgeable, honest, working fast and efficient, knows how to satisfy his customer, and i was very pleased to have allen Alaguena, i would like vote him to be employee of the month. Total time i was there about 1 1/2 hours. Thank you Nissan of Elk Grove.

Awesome Experience with Jon Milan!!!

Jon was absolutely fantastic to work with. I expected to leave with a late model used car, but he helped us find a brand new Altima without any increase in our monthly payments. We couldn't be happier!!

LOVE My New 370Z NISMO!

VERY happy with my purchase and the purchase experience I had at Nissan of Elk Grove and would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. This is the SECOND Nissan 370Z I have bought from this dealership and I would buy a car from them again! I live in Carmichael near 3 other Nissan dealerships but drove the 30 miles to Nissan of Elk Grove because of this dealership's SUPERB customer service, professionalism and friendliness. The owner, general manager, sales and finance staff are all a pleasure to work with. Vu, the sales associate, was very knowledgeable about the Nissan brand as well as the differences between my 2011 Nissan 370Z and the new 2014 Nissan 370Z Nismo I planned on buying. The whole staff was patient with me as I test drove several Zs before making my decision. Also, the used car manager and service manager took good care of my trade in. I loved my experience so much that I brought my mom in 2 weeks later to buy a car as well.

I trust NoEG with my family's cars

Truly care about the customer/Excellent Service

I brought my car in Sept. for my 60th BD. At the time I picked it up I notice what I thought was dried tape on the drive side window. However, no matter what I did I could not remove it. The detail shop could not remove it and notice it was a cut in the glass. I did not think the company would make it right; but Marcus said let's go talk to a manager. To my relief and surprise the dealership make it right and change the window. Lesson learn was to speak up at the time you pick up your car because it could have go the other way. Nissan of Elk Grove thus far have lived up to their word of quality customer care.

Great service, happy customer

I didn't feel pressure to buy, it was all about helping me find what I wanted. No pushed sales tactics.
