Damaged hood, and the dealership fixed it!
I have been trying to get back to my original comments I posted for an update because my comments were open ended, as I had noted. Since the original post, Chris Vitez, Store Manager in Charleston, SC , reached out to me to address any and all of my concerns and how the issues were handled with the damage I discovered and wrote about when I picked up the 4Runner I was purchasing. Chris took the extra steps to take care of the damaged hood and also offered that I could fix it at their Columbia SC location. Chris introduced me to Scott Rosie, the Columbia Store Manager, who was just as professional and accommodating. I truly appreciate all their effort and their willingness to go the extra mile to conclude my experience at Fred Anderson as a successful one. Again, my original post was my first comment and I am very glad to post again the successful satisfactory conclusion of the matter and the overall purchase at Fred Anderson as a good one. Saara helped my husband & I get our new car last night & was an absolute pleasure to work with! She’s so bright & friendly & really cares about finding you the perfect car & needs for your budget. Very honest. Blake assisted us in negotiations as well with Saara & he was very helpful in making the price work with our budget! Also Matt W. in the finance department was such a cool guy & also so friendly & honest. This team stayed so late for us & made us really feel cared about.
