Our salesman Matt was helpful and informative but not pushy and just a genuinely nice man. The finance department was organized, knowledgeable, and efficient. The whole process of choosing, test driving, and purchasing a car took a few hours, not the whole day, and we drove away with a car with which we are very happy. We had a very good experience at Fred Anderson Toyota.
