Awesome!!
This was absolute one the best decisions I have ever made. I stopped by the dearlership to look at a Toyota truck but couldn't get things worked out and they didn't have what we were really looking for. A few weeks later - I decided to go take a look at a Toyota Camry that I saw online. I didn't think that it would be possible to get the car due to some credit issues. David Catoe was the salesman that worked with me both and Danny Marflake said they would do their best to help me. He set me up with Ron. Between Ron and David and it turned out to be the best car buying experience ever. Ron worked with finance and together they were able to get me a price I needed to be at, even when I wouldn't go $25.00 over budget :) When I signed the paperwork with Alesia, she was very thorough with the warranties and helped make hard decisions much easier. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Before I left David made sure my phone was synced up and everything was set up how I wanted it and made sure he showed me everything on the car that I needed and took helped me take everything off of my car that I traded. He called the next morning to see how my ride home was the day before and to make sure that I was finding everything okay, he also told me that my key fob would be ready the next Friday and wanted to see when it would be convenient to come in so that the service dept could program it to my car. I went back in the following Friday to pick up the key fob and David came out and introduced me to the service department. My license plate had come in already and he even took the time to change it for me when the service department got through. This was an awesome buying experience at Fred Anderson Toyota!!! I know that when I get ready in a few years to get a new one - I'll go back here!! Wonderful Experience
Being a woman I was a little intimidated buying a car alone. Then I met BLAKE DUNN and the experience became wonderful. I had gone in looking for a car that I had seen on line (it had sold). He spent time with me and I found another one I loved. With the help of Fritz, Eddie and Blake the whole experience was easy. Got there at 1:30 and was done with the deal by 5:00. Of course I stayed a little longer while they took the time to gas the car and "re-clean" it - it was clean to begin with. Blake was very informative and took the time to show me how to hook up my phone, etc. The entire dealership is polite, curteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Blake and the entire Fred Anderson team - you have outstanding dealership!!

Going to Fred Anderson Toyota was the best decision I have ever made. I almost canceled my appointment after thinking it was impossible to get out of the car I was in due to bad credit and an upside down loan. Danny Marflake told me to come in anyway and they would do their best to help me. He set me up with Blake Dunn and it was the best car buying experience ever. Blake explained everything to me about the car I wanted. He worked with finance and together they were able to get me a price I could afford on the car I have wanted for a long time now. When I met with Alesia to go over contracts and warranties she made the process as simple as it could be and explained everything so I understood what I was getting and the best choices to suit my needs. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Before I left Blake made sure my phone was synced up and everything was set up how I wanted it. A few days later he called to check on me to make sure I was enjoying the new Corolla and to see if I had any questions or needed anything else from him. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. I will be a lifetime customer at this dealership. After being turned away at 3 other dealerships Blake made the impossible happen! Sad experience with internet sales
I was in the process of purchasing a used vehicle sold on the internet. There was a lot of back and forth over the phone and through email. I thought everything was going smoothly although my last email was not answered. I called the dealership the next morning, the salesperson nor the manager answered so I left a message to call, neither returned my calls. (I should have recognized this as a sign of trouble brewing.) I got back on the internet and looked at the car again. I filled out a form online to see the eprice-I was paying the listed price, I was unaware of any eprice. A salesperson called me immediately, I told him I was already working with a salesperson and felt I should continue with that person but as she didn't seem to be available...then surprisingly I was told she was right there standing next to him. I told her we wanted the car and would put the down payment on the card, as I was told the dealer's policy forbid putting the entire amount on a credit card, and my husband would bring a certified check to pay the remaining balance. While I was waiting for paperwork and to provide my card info, the salesperson emailed that someone was taking my car for a test drive. I didn't think much about it as I was under the impression that I was buying the car. Another hour passes. Then I get a call that my car has sold. I was shocked, I felt played. After reflecting, I called back the next morning to try to find out what went wrong. I learned two things that may be of help to others. 1. Don't bother with a salesperson, if you want to purchase a car, go through a manager. 2. If you are buying a car online, a person that actually walks into the dealership comes first, no matter where you are in the process.

November 2013. Attempted to buy a used car advertised through AutoTrader with the assistance of Fred Anderson Toyota Internet Sales personnel. Received answers to most questions by email, but had to deal with several different people, not always able to reach any of the emailers by phone, contact personnel took "day off," ad copy stating "dealer fees included in price" not initially adhered to. On the same day we were attempting to buy the car over the phone (after four days of inquiring about the car), the dealership informs us the car has been sold. Waste of time trying to buy long distance from this dealer.

We leased a 2011 Toyota Sienna XLE from Fred Anderson...
We leased a 2011 Toyota Sienna XLE from Fred Anderson Toyota less than 2 years ago as the primary vehicle for my wife to drive around town and for vacations. It's a great vehicle for vacations and getting around town, but my wife really wanted something bigger. Since I knew that we'd be moving back to Cincinnati, OH soon (and I’m very familiar with the harsh winters and ice/snow storms up there) I was open to her "demands". We went to Fred Anderson Toyota to see what they had on their lot after looking at their website and met with Julie Anderson. She knew that we still had another year of our lease on our Sienna, but she also knew that my wife really wanted to be in a Sequoia. Julie let us walk the lot alone with our kids to look at all the vehicles without pressuring us. She came out when we had a few questions and to let my wife compare all of the Sequoias on the lot. She understood that the Sequoia wasn't going to be my vehicle and took the time to show my wife all the difference between her Sienna and the Sequoia she wanted. As a mother herself, Julie understood that we needed a vehicle to handle changes in weather and also something that would be comfortable for trips with the kids. She really made my wife comfortable and answered every question without hesitation being very knowledgeable and comparing the Sequoia to the 4Runner that she drove with her family. This made my wife very happy with the decision to purchase a new Sequoia. She took us for a test drive and wasn't in a hurry to get us back to the dealership to rush us into signing a deal. She wanted to make sure we understood everything about the vehicle and to make sure we enjoyed the driving experience. We would highly recommend Julie Anderson to anyone wanting to meet with someone that will take the time to understand your needs. She is someone who won't pressure to buy a vehicle that you don’t' want or don't need. She will work with you to make sure you get the right vehicle for the right price and make sure you are treated with the upmost respect by the rest of the team involved in your purchase or lease. The entire staff (from sales, management, finance and service) is pleasant and easy to work with. They treat you like family and not a number like the huge corporate dealerships in the Charleston area who want to pressure you into a car and hold the keys for your trade "hostage" while sending in manager after manager trying to make you sign. Not Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston!!! They treat you with respect and want you to be satisfied with your vehicle as well as the dealership as a whole. Being active duty military for over 24 years I have purchased many vehicles around the United States. I have to honestly say that Julie and the rest of the staff at Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston will make you feel like part of the family when you arrive at their dealership and treat you with professionalism throughout your experience there whether you purchase a vehicle that day or later on down the road. We just purchased a 2014 Toyota Sequoia and the entire process was positive. Randy worked with us and went above and beyond by coming in for several hours on his day off. He exceeded our expectations and was a pleasure. I am in sales, so I understand the process, and appreciated how he was not 'pushy'. We did take the time to do our homework and he respected that, so I felt like our time was not wasted and we weren't 'haggled'.
