The service department was very efficient as usual.

The service department was very efficient as usual. I was on my lunch break and my service representative, Taron made sure I was out in a timely manner.

Superb customer service

I've been a customer at this facility for several years now and have purchased two cars so far. Everyone I've worked with from purchasing a vehicle to service and maintenance all aspects of customer service has been top notch. The staff are friendly and professional and always greet you with a smile. The quality of service is second to none and I've never had a problem. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Very disappointed with Hendrick's service departments

Very disappointed with Hendrick's service departments (CLT & CHS) and BMW in general. Had car serviced in CLT and then when we were in CHS area it wouldn't start. CHS BMW re-did much of what CLT did and car still has issues.

My experience with Rick Hendrick has been great every

My experience with Rick Hendrick has been great every time I’ve needed service. They are courteous and I love how the mechanic videos and explains what he is looking at and sends it to my phone. I am very thankful that I have a BMW and can get great service.

Sam Martin did a great job in showing us the differences

Sam Martin did a great job in showing us the differences between different models and makes. After his patient presentation we did decide on the BMW 530i. Many times with a purchase of this magnitude you leave with some sort of buyers remorse. Not this time however. We felt very comfortable and pleased with our decision when we left. Kudos goes to Sam and the others that made our visit and purchase quite enjoyable. I would recommend them highly.

Inspection of used BMW I bought elsewhere

My concerns about my recently acquired car were addressed and a major problem was discovered and repaired. The reason the navigation and other functions don’t work is reportedly a bad head unit.
