Both my girlfriend and I recently had a great experience

Both my girlfriend and I recently had a great experience at this Mazda dealership and both left with new 2025 models! I would like to give a special shout out to Chuck and Dan for taking great care of us during this experience and answering all of the questions we had along the way! 10/10 recommend giving these folks a chance to get you into a new vehicle!

TJ in the service department has amazing customer

TJ in the service department has amazing customer service!My vehicle repairs were done in a timely manner. Whit and TJ were friendly, professional, and eager to help. TJ was very thorough and took the time to listen. Highly recommend!

Chuck is absolutely the best.

Chuck is absolutely the best. Thoughtful, patient, professional, personable, and informative through every step of the process. This was our fifth Mazda purchased with Chuck at Stokes Mazda (we have become a Mazda family for sure!), and it's due to the combination of Chuck's outstanding professionalism and the unparalleled quality of the Mazda vehicles.

I was unexpectedly in the market for a new car, and knew

I was unexpectedly in the market for a new car, and knew I wanted another Mazda. Chuck was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable, but not at all pushy. I wanted to think over my options and I didn't feel pressured. I ended up financing through Mazda since their rate was better than my credit union's. Dan was also great to work with. Also, shout out to the service department, especially Jennifer, who worked with me and my insurance to navigate this issue. I've been coming to this dealership since 2020 and have always been pleased.

After sale I paid to have Stokes Mazda register my new

After sale I paid to have Stokes Mazda register my new vehicle and obtain a new license plate. After a month the new license plate had not arrived I contacted the dealership. To my surprise they had not obtained a new license plate and registration, but had without my knowledge or permission instead transferred the plate and registration from another car I owned and was driving causing the vehicle to be unregistered. When I called the dealership I was told there was nothing they could do, forcing me to go to DMV and re-register the vehicle. Once this was done I called Stokes Mazda and asked them to refund the money I paid for them to register my vehicle since I had to do what I paid them to do. They refused, which infuriated me. If you hire someone to do a job and they don’t do it why should I pay them?

Aaron showed us some beautiful and reasonably priced

Aaron showed us some beautiful and reasonably priced older Mazdas. He made a video of one I hadn't seen to show me what had come in since I began my car search. I also received a call from Dexter asking about my experience at the dealership. Very professional team there. They're quite motivated, but not pushy. I highly recommend.

Jesus Espinal, Mike Gregory, Dan Wiggins were incredibly

Jesus Espinal, Mike Gregory, Dan Wiggins were incredibly helpful and so so nice. Went to buy our leased car and signed another 3 year lease instead for a new 2023. Their expertise, knowledge and low key (no pressure) salesmanship made our decision to lease again easy. We cannot recommend this dealership enough! This is our 4th Mazda and it never was as easy and comfortable to negotiate as it was with this group of gentlemen! We highly recommend Stokes Mazda of North Charleston SC! Harry &Joan
