The WORST car shuttle service.

The WORST car shuttle service. I dropped off my car at 7:30am and didn’t get home until 9am. The young man driving the shuttle went the wrong way on purpose. Driving all around Long Beach and Lakewood when I only live 5 mins from the dealership. They made us write down our addresses thinking they would go in the order people wrote it down. I was the first in line and got dropped off last, how does that work? I paid attention to his driving and the directions said to go left and he would make a right. He’s just driving around wasting people’s time and Honda’s resources. There were 6 passengers including an infant and he didn’t have the common sense or curtesy to drop off a fuzzy baby with no car seat, talk about child safety. The mom and baby were dropped off second to last. When I say the worst experience, it seriously was.

Started out well the first two visits while looking at

Started out well the first two visits while looking at vehicles. However, after a deal was made on a particular Pilot, and we went to pick it up, Carlos SWITCHED vehicles on us! Told us everything was identical and had another employee lie to our faces that it was identical, we wanted to see the vehicle, but they said it was being washed and assured us again that everything was the same and we had to sign the agreement again. Carlos didn't even come out to talk with us for the 4 hours we were at the dealership (even though our appointment was with him) until the very end when we asked why the options included in the original agreement were not on the switched vehicle. After waiting for him to come out and explain why were not getting what he had agreed to originally, he yelled at us angrily and said we could go ahead and cancel the contract if we didn't like it! Horrible experience with Carlos and surprised when we had additional employee lying to us per Carlos. It made what started out as a great experience with Hayden, a terrible finish with Carlos.

Extremely outdated hardball sales tactics.

Extremely outdated hardball sales tactics. It feels like an 90s sales movie with men yelling at you and trying to force your hand ("always be closing"). They will not give you a price until you walk in and will claim other dealers are trying to scam you. The finance department preys on people with bad credit and/or those who do not know how to negotiate a car deal/get overwhelmed. Stay away unless you want to play hardball or want to waste time and money. There are plenty of dealers in SoCal with transparent pricing and modern sales practices.

This Dealer Scammed me with price.

This Dealer Scammed me with price. They had over $2400 on market adjustment fee beside taxes and financial charge. car price was 33,500. When we were making a deal sales person agreed to discount $1000 dollar for the price. Sales person agreed and showed me a lower monthly price after $1000 dollar discount with his own caluation on his phone. after going to other room with financial person I was not able to see that $1000 discount on paper work. after discussing about that they told me the total amount is $1000 less which was 38300 something(that was including market adjusment fee $2400). but I came home and I show the final price on back of the sheet it said 39900 which was not inclouding $1000 discount and actually more. DO NOT GO TO THIS SCAM DEALLER. they will rip you off.

Shady dealer

I came to Long Beach honda to buy a used a car. My experience was terrible because the salesman contantly lied to and tried to overprice/play me. I came with a check for $41,000 to by a 2018 Ford Focus RS. The bying pricing for the car was $39,950.00 but the dealer wanted $47,000 with taxes/tags and upgrades out the door. He quoted me at $4,000 for taxes. The California vehicle taxes is 7.5 so taxes should have been $2,996.25. Honda was adding in a GPS, door dent protectors, and wheel locks and added a additional $2,500.00 to the asking price. I told the dealing they don't need to add those since I live on a military base I'm not concerned with the car getting stolen. The dealer also told me he would have to give me a contract to take to my bank to buy the car because navyfed wouldn't write a check. I came there with a CHECK from navyfed to by the car. In the end the car salesman tried to get me to buy the car for $45,000 that is $2,000 more than the total price of the car plus taxes.

Definitely WOULD NOT recommend this honda dealership.

Definitely WOULD NOT recommend this honda dealership. they have ZERO shame about lying about what your paying for and whats included. Then When you the customer, that just gave them your business reach out to them (thinking it was a simple mistake on their part) to correct the problem. You find out, its HOW THEY DO BUSINESS @ LONG BEACH HONDA. Not only SHADY & maybe illegal business practices. On top of that, they start to gaslight & become very disrespectful when confronted about their shady actions. this is HOW LONG BEACH HONDA TREAT their CUSTOMERS. Instead of being HONEST or taking responsibility for their deceitful behavior they choose to call us DU*B, & $**PID ..... I WILL POST just 1 OF many examples of what I was told was included, by LONG BEACH HONDA ......to get me to purchase vehicle, but then magically was not covered. BAIT & SWITCH

Ask for Roshana Alroson!

I highly recommend Roshana Alrosan If you're considering buying a car at the Long Beach Honda dealership. She's friendly and personable and made the negotiation process a lot easier. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the Honda Acord hybrid we bought Which had a lot of great features. This is my second one and these cars are very sturdy and well made.
