I was contacted by this dealership about turning in my 2024 Honda Prologue lease early. I have leased Hondas for roughly 25 years, have excellent credit, and my current Prologue has only about 8,000 miles and is in excellent condition. After I came in, their first offer was approximately $699/month with $1,999 down. When I challenged the numbers and asked to see what the lease would look like without my trade, it became clear that the proposed “early trade” was not designed to put me in a better position. It appeared to simply push the negative equity from my current lease into a new lease. That should be a red flag for any customer. In my view, calling in a long-term customer only to present that kind of structure is unacceptable. I left because I was not willing to be rolled from one bad lease into another. Future customers should be extremely careful here. Do not focus only on the monthly payment. Ask to see the full lease worksheet, including your payoff, trade allowance, rebates, negative equity, money factor, residual value, fees, and total due at signing. Based on my experience, I do not trust this dealership to look out for the customer’s financial interest.

Took my car in for service . To have an oil change , and they check all fluids in my vehicle 2023 Honda pilot And when they return my vehicle they claim that all my fluids were good. And all i needed was to change the The cabin filter and do a transmission flush on my oil.. but I decided to check the antifreeze fluid my self since I was going out of town and all my fluids were low my break fluid , power steering and specially my antifreeze were at the minimum thats is not ok...
