Everyone was nice and helpful. It was a bit hard to get ahold of the service dept but not because of the people; the phone's hold system reroutes back into a call if you're on hold for a certain time so I kept bouncing between people. But everyone was helpful!

My service agent abel was very professional and helped me out on my service. He explained what kind of service my honda c-rv needed. Gave me a timeframe when the work will be completed.

Received many contacts from a salespeople. Unfortunately they did not want to discuss the buying process without being onsite. Unfortunate as we were serious buyers and went with a vendor more willing to work with us.

Great customer service. The only downside is that the video they send of the car inspection has a lot of background noise. It is very hard to understand anything the mechanic says.

I live close to santamonica honda there service is terrible for car purchases and repairs. I have the best experience with long Beach honda no pressure sales and the best possible car repairs fast and excellent quality :) I will never go anywhere else.
