MICHAEL LASACA, my service consultant was great great. He listened without interrupting. He was very compassionate, polite and super helpful. That helped to reduce my stress about my car. He make me feel very comfortable. CESAR Millo, the mechanic answered all my questions with patience and was super understanding. He was very knowledgeable. ROCHELLE PAPARATOS, the new Service Director welcomed me in her office. She was very polite, friendly, understanding and humble.
