I have been taking my Honda Odyssey here for the past 7–8 years, and the service has consistently been excellent. Shawn Linquist is by far the best service manager I have worked with. He is personable, responsive, and always prompt with his communication regarding service updates and vehicle needs. Shawn is genuinely helpful and always takes the time to understand and resolve any issues I am experiencing with my vehicle. His professionalism, knowledge, and customer-focused approach make every service visit a positive experience. I highly recommend Long Beach Honda and especially Shawn for all your vehicle service needs.

MICHAEL LASACA, my service consultant was great great. He listened without interrupting. He was very compassionate, polite and super helpful. That helped to reduce my stress about my car. He make me feel very comfortable. CESAR Millo, the mechanic answered all my questions with patience and was super understanding. He was very knowledgeable. ROCHELLE PAPARATOS, the new Service Director welcomed me in her office. She was very polite, friendly, understanding and humble. All of them make feel very comfortable and I will lgo back to this HONDA DEALER in Signal Hill. I am very grateful to all of them...and I give them 10 STARS.
