I purchased the extra Care advantage package and took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and general checkup. It took a couple hours. I had an appointment. They were very busy but the customer service was really good. Very happy with the work they did. The extra Care advantage package is a very good deal, I will definitely purchase it again.
