Easy Professional Service Experience

Had my 2021 Pilot serviced here on February 19 and Calvin provided excellent service. Real easy scheduling and concierge level service from beginning to end.

Alexey was the best Saleman we have dealt with.

Alexey was the best Saleman we have dealt with. We have been loyal customer with toyota and honda. We were returning to honda after 10 years. Alexey went above and beyond to please us. Chance Giving Dealership.

This dealership is beyond amazing. I went to their sister dealership in Raleigh and let me tell you, it is apparent that they do not care for you. My car was wrecked and desperately needed an oil change and they refused to do it despite me meeting them half way. They belittled and shunned me away. I tried doing it myself, couldn't do it, I tried going to a Take 5 or off brand mechanic, couldn't do it. I was against a wall and giving up hope. I didn't want to lose the car to it not having oil. When I called this dealership, I told them they were my last hope and like the humans they are they gave me a chance even with my misfortune of my car. They cared about me and not just money. I regret not purchasing my car from them because I have never been treated with such kindness in a while. I finally got my oil changed and although it's small to others it was a huge accomplishment to me so, thank you so much for giving me the chance no one else did.

** The following was sent to Honda, and Toni two different Auto Park Honda managers, from whom we received e-mails. After more than a month, we have heard nothing back … *** Our worst vehicle purchase experience, ever. Ordered our HRV on Oct. 4, with an ETA of mid/late Nov. After several ETA “pushes” in Nov. and Dec., we were told for 3 weeks that our HRV “is still on a truck in GA”. And, since Honda increased prices on Jan. 1, we would have to pay more than the agreed-to price. Dealer refused to split the price difference. Classic “bait and switch”. Unacceptable. Picked up the same model HRV on Jan. 11, after going to the dealership to check on the status f our HRV. Wass told that a truck had arrived that day with the same model HRV, but that it would be sold “first come first serve”. So … we waited over 3 months, were never told that “first come first serve” vehicles were arriving, that there are 2 “paths” to purchase. And I don’t believe fora minute that this was “the first truck to arrive” with “first come first serve” vehicles. You’d have sold the exact same model HRV to a walk-in after we waited 3+ months? Unacceptable. The ONLY reason that we went through with this purchase is that we had zero “leverage” in this transaction. You sell the HRV regardless, and we still need a vehicle. In the past, we have always gone to Autopark Honda first. We will go elsewhere from now on.

A pleasant experience

I had my CRV in for its regular service this week and it was an excellent experience. From the call to making the appointment to the service provided and the final checkout, everyone was very professional, efficient, and friendly. Todd, the svc tech, finished the job in the estimated time and made sure I understood everything that was done to the car. It was a pleasant and satisfying experience! Thank you Auto Park Honda!
