disappointed

I was very disappointed, I had an email coupon and struggled to get it honored. I was charged $118.38 to change 2 paper filters and a $20.63 environmental charge, none of the charges explained up front.

Great job on having our CRV serviced oil all filters, wiper blades washing the outside topping of fluids annual North Carolina inspection, checking for possible problems in the future

Staff took Covid precautions and service prices were explained. Also, informed me about a fuel pump recall which was then addressed and ordered. I was told the pump would arrive in about 2 days.
