Ron Rambo

Service consultants Rebecca and Amanda are always friendly and give you the straight story. The technicians do a very professional job. In 2019 we moved another 20 minutes farther away ( now drive about 75 minutes one way), but it’s worth it to deal with people you can trust. You can’t say that about a lot of car dealers nowadays.

Infiniti fan

Have bought and serviced 6 Infiniti’s since 2008. Dealership is top notch. We moved and now drive 75 minutes to get there, but my wife and I feel that it’s worth the trip.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP!! Wish I could give less than 1 star. The service straight lied to my face. I leased a vehicle, turned it in and purchased another vehicle the same day. I was told every fee and dollar owed on the lease was fully taken care of and everything was combined into the purchase of my new CPO car. I did not go over every single line item and that is my fault but when you are told up and down it is taken care of it should be. 4 years later I had an irruption on my Mortgage Refi for an 4yr old outstanding amount due on that leased vehicle. Called West Chester, was told by Mark he would investigate on Friday July 10th. he promised he would be back in touch Monday July 13th. After not hearing anything for a week I called several times July 21st-23rd and was rudely passed around trying to locate Mark. Finally received a call Thursday July 23rd, 10 days after I was told he would call. He said there was nothing in the paper work and tough luck. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP! Thank you Infiniti of West Chester for ruining my credit and my mortgage refinance in the middle with your lies.

Great service

Very prompt with communication, which I haven’t had with other service departments. Fast, friendly and efficient service. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced at this location.

Unscheduled service

Needed an oil change and filter at the last minute. Called at 1pm and took me at 2 pm and out by 3:15 pm. Great experience and nice people.

Likely the most awful sales experience I've had

As a person who enjoys cars, and purchases/leases a fair number of vehicles annually, this is likely the worst experience I have ever had. I was denied a test drive and, in short, disrespected as a potential customer. I rarely leave reviews like this but my experience was truly that bad at Infiniti of West Chester.

great team

went to purchase a infiniti qx60 in black on black, but when I got there they had a blue on black one and it was exactly what I was looking for in the first place. Jake in sales was a big help and knows a lot about the cars. Shauna in finances was a huge help as well.
