I bought a truck in December of 2021 when It was under the dealership warranty. I noticed blue smoke in my exhaust so I brought it down and they didn’t believe me and they told me that my check Engine light would be on. So they told me to drop it off, and at the end of the day they told me they saw nothing. So I brought it down to my mechanic and I had bad valve seals.

Finally got around to writing a review (almost 2 years late)I purchased an 89 Pontiac GTA from Choice auto and from the minute my mechanic and I sat down with Ray we both felt very comfortable. Maybe it’s because he was honest about the vehicle from the beginning or maybe it was because we share the same old school values. Needless to say, Ray was a gentleman and pleasure to deal with. I will definitely give them first shot at any car purchases in the future. Chris D

Straight forward and simple

That place is a scam
Before they delete my review they will try to say that they don’t know what I’m talking about or that they don’t know me but please ready all the reviews !!!!!!!!! The white Benz listed has 82k miles on it not 79k and that car has been there for years now lol! And that place is a scam run away !! Almost made a mistake but I’m glad i didn’t get that car or any of the cars they got.

First off, I live in California. I was buying a car for my son. We started at Cars.com, and then I went to the dealer's website. We really liked the car we saw online and I called the dealer. I talked with a person named Cheyanne (probably not spelled correctly), and we talked about an "out the door" price, which he gave me. I then decided to have my son take an Uber out to the dealer to look at the car. He is a NEU student and needs a car. The Uber was a $65 trip, so we wanted to get the deal done! When I called back, Cheyanne was busy and I spoke with Antonio who told me there was no way the car could be taken off the lot today since I was from out of state, had to sign papers, send a certified check, and get the car checked thorough. I asked some questions that he could not answer and was given to Ray, who happens to be the owner. Ray assured me that he would do everything in his power to make the deal happen, but he would not guarantee it, having worked the business for many, many years. We took a chance anyways. When my son arrived, he was treated very well and Ray took charge. This surprised me. The owner taking charge of a student purchase with a Dad in California??? Well, long story short, the deal was done and my son drove the car to Boston happily. Ray and his son (Cheyanne) even got our son insurance at a better rate than I could dealing with all those cheap online companies that you see commercials for. I could not be more impressed! The money transfer from my bank was a little slow and they even let my son take the car so he could get home before he was able to confirm the money arrived, after showing some correspondence from our bank, which indicated the money was enroute. I don't think any other dealer would let the car go without money in their pocket...especially when the money is coming from California from a person he did not know or even see! Ray is the man and he will always be my first choice to buy a car! My daughter is also going to attend school in Boston this fall. THANK YOU Ray for making this happen. It is not like we are rich or were buying an expensive car...just a first car for my son and you destroyed any stereotype of a "used car" dealer! You were "first rate" in my book and that is saying a lot, having served in law enforcement for 35 years!

Horrible
Came in to look at a s2000 ap2 listed for almost 25k, the car was not in any condition to be even on the lot. Paint work was horrible, seats ripped, car was heavily modified which was never mentioned to me. Car also did not start and was missing a key hole. I said this car was in horrible shape and their finance guy came out trying to make bets with me?? I am 19 and a huge car enthusiasts I felt like they didn't even take me seriously. I had the cash on me, but the car was not even worth an offer in its state. Awful the salesman was clueless, and begged me for a good review. Well here u go, don't go here.

I schedule a test drive for a 2013 Honda Civic Si. The next day when my father and I arrived for the test drive they had no knowledge of us coming. Understandable, but once we asked to look at/test drive the car they said it is too much of a hassle for them to get the cars "re-sanitized", there for if were weren't going to buy the car we weren't able to see it. Which is when my father and I left. I don't understand how we could begin to discuss pricing of the car without even seeing it yet. Terrible salesmanship, might have nice cars but they're xxxxxxxx about it.

Buying a car is a huge investment, so feeling like you got a good/fair deal is important to me. Ray and Shayan were very honest and they have a great staff. I purchased my 2018 Audi S4 from them, paid under carfax value, and Ray split the cost of 4 new tires for me (the tires passed inspection but would need to be changed before the next inspection). I shopped around for weeks and felt that I was offered a fair price for my trade in, and that the asking price for the S4 was fair. Ray even offered to service the car when I brought it in for tires, but I passed on the offer since the S4 was serviced only 300 miles ago. Great experience overall, I never felt pressured, there were no hidden fees, I love my new car and will go to choice first when shopping for my next car. There’s a lot of unfair reviews here, mostly from people who didn’t even buy a car, or can’t drive well enough to navigate their small lot. Lots of people with unrealistic expectations when buying used luxury cars, ignore them and go see them for yourself. They even offered me and my wife a slice of pizza!

BAD BAD RIPOFF DEALER
Went on the internet and saw a picture of a great truck.Little did I know that the truck was up on the hill a junk with no lights on the back.My 9 year old saw it on his chrome.It looked like a junk after that.The plow I got was not the plow in the picture either.I have spent ,3000 on a truck that was 16000.00. Still needs a Cadillac converter for 700.00. Never again
