2011 E550 92K miles

No problems when test driving for few minutes. Because of convenience, I had the car towed home.24 hours after purchase check engine and tire pressure light came on. The car was often driven by Paul. I know this because he synced his phone to the car. I'm sure the light was reset. The tires were leaking air consistently. I purchased new tires. Brandon promised to assist me with a spare key. He stated that I would pay their cost, Which was still better than paying full cost. When I returned to the store to pick up the key, Paul charged me more. He gave me the dealer receipt and their receipt. He added their charges to me for getting the key. That brings it back to the original price. At that point I'm just ready to end any dealings with this store. Also, I think everyone is afraid to do a follow-up. Previous dealers have asked me to review them online. This dealer has gotten the money and their done. I'm ok with that, but this review is my last word on my purchase. Only the sales transition with Brandon was pleasant.

Quality experience

I worked with Brandon (GM) at the dealership and my experience was great. I was visiting from out of town and he answered all my questions and didn’t try to pressure a decision which is refreshing. Ultimately, the 1,000 plus miles of either shipping or driving the vehicle home led me to finding the desired vehicle close to home. My local friend who brought me to the dealership will buy his car there and I’m convinced will be happy he did so

Check the vehicle no really check

I went to purchase a car from these guys and the car basically broke down the very next day and they offer to only fix certain things it's be 3 weeks now and car still isn't ready they gave me a loner but I wouldn't need it if they had reliable cars anyway moral of the story, do proper business and these things wouldn't happen now its note time and I haven't even drove the vehicle.........terrible..............

We worked with Felix. He was great, gave us a couple different cars to drive. We walked out very happy with the car we purchased.

I am shopping long distance for just the right car

I am looking for just the right older Chevy Van. I needed a lot of picture and help. Felix has been the best help ever with all the pictures and IM's I need in my quest. Excellent is the is the best way to describe dealing with "Luxury Car Outlet" and Felix, Thanks R Fisher

lost all my money.

Terrible experience. I bought a range rover in july 2019. A week later the check engine light came on. They asked me to bring it back so they can fix it. They gave it back to me June 2020. And since then they check engine light comes on. Took it to Range Rover dealership and they told me that it needs a new engine. Because someone tried to fix it with a liwuid that destroyed the engine. I bought the car more than a year ago and only driven it a handful of times. Terrible terrible. Just money down the drain.

I arrived their showroom from O'Hare via Uber they were friendly they snap to it they got my car out let me take it for a drive I liked it closed the deal paid for the car they put the hard shell on it and off I went so far so good very good place I recommend highly

Disappointing

I have never encountered a dealer so unmotivated to sell a car or budge even a dollar from the listed price. It was baffling. Brandon claimed he priced it right and that none of the comparable cars we brought up while trying to bargain had the same options. Well what do you know the VERY next day we went to another dealership and purchased practically the same car with the EXACT same options listed for over $5000 less. What a joke. And his car is still waiting to be sold over 2 months later... wonder why.

Customer Service at its Best!

I recently purchased a beautiful, red Porsche Cayenne from Luxury Car Outlet. Brandon and Paul were both great listeners, patient, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me on payments. Brandon made sure my SUV was shipped to me in a timely manner. Brandon and Paul took the time to follow up with me about the vehicle and was great about answering my questions. I love my SUV and enjoyed doing business with Luxury car Outlet. The overall customer service was awesome!

Needed a Benz Truck

The Manager sold me the car. Very fair. Had the car checked out which was no problem. Mechanic said the paint never had a broken seal and smiled. Price negotiated fair. Tried a little upsy at the end but shaved back upon insistence so all good. Would buy again from Mr. Powe and the owner also, a car enthusiast making it in America. What's not to like?
