When I called they said they were going to do a complete
When I called they said they were going to do a complete service of ecoblock from the inside and out.Although when I got to the dealer they said were just going to do the inside or outside not both.So that’s the reason I was a little unhappy with the service .

Rio off artists. Had my Hybrid brought in do a regular battery replacement and console check, charged me 200$ more to REPLACE THE BRAKE FLUID, never asked them to, would certainly have told them NO. NEVER taking my car there again. THIEVES.

TERRIBLE.
TERRIBLE. Was contacted by Internet consultant and made appointment to see and test drive a vehicle the following day. Showed up for appointment and sat down with salesman and told vehicle had been sold. Asked if they had a similar priced vehicle and was told no. Not happy with results and I would NEVER RECOMMEND SPARKS TOYOTA ! FYI. Left their location and went to a competitor GRAND STRAND NISSAN just a short distance away. They found me a vehicle which I bought immediately!!!
