Service has always been very good at Sparks. Service advisor Bill was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Work performed in a short time which was great.

The service was excellent as per usual. They are knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Wilder is a good service writer, thorough but not pushy.

Very professional and not very time consuming. The salesperson Kris Crosby was very helpful, and did not pressure me at all to select anything different than the truck model that I wanted. He helped me get my insurance changed for the newly purchased truck. Although I understand that Kris was a relatively new sales person, he handled the whole procedure like a seasoned pro. I can see that Kris is already a valuable asset to Sparks Toyota. Kudos to Sparks for a professional and quick transaction.
