Could not ask for better more prompt service.

Could not ask for better more prompt service. Car towed and tire replaced within an hour and a half of the incident.

I made appointment for my father for an oil change only

I made appointment for my father for an oil change only due to him not speaking English, they did the oil change and a tire rotation and charged him 40 dollars for the tire rotation, the tires had just been changed about a week before the appointment, any tech can tell the tires are brand new and there was no need for a tire rotation but they are so money hungry that they didn’t care for actual customer service.

Didn’t like scam of saying higher interest will be charged and then blackmailing customers to get product in return of lower interest rates. Hopefully CFPB gets hold of these guys

SERVICE complaint.

SERVICE complaint. I recently took my 2022 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid in for its 30k mile service. I had been very happy with the service that I received there since I purchased my vehicle from this dealership. I was told that the 30K service included a Fuel System Intake and Decarb service and a Brake Flued exchange. My “routine maintenance” visit cost me over $400!!! I just reviewed the actual recommended service, and it does not include the additional services. It Did recommend a new engine air filter and cabin air filter, which they told me I didn’t need. I am extremely disappointed. I was hoping to rely on this service center for the lifetime of my vehicle. Sadly, I will be looking for another service center.

Once you get past the typical sales pitch they turn out

Once you get past the typical sales pitch they turn out to be pretty good people 😊 The only thing is I wish they kept track of their repeat buyers- I’ve bought 5 cars from them but every time I come in it’s like I never visited

Always friendly and easy to schedule my maintenance

Always friendly and easy to schedule my maintenance appointments. They make it so easy to drop my car off and they get me to work then pick me up when my car is ready. The price for replacing my spark plugs was way too expensive, $282 for a 4 cylinder Camry. I would recommend Toyota of Greenville to purchase and service your Toyota.
